“In Christ”

 

All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:  that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them.  And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.   We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us.  We implore you on Christ’s behalf:  Be reconciled to God.       2 Corinthians 5:18, 19, 20

 

When Adam sinned, it brought about a BROKEN relationship with God, because of that sin or disobedience, mankind has not been able to have a FIRM, UNBROKEN RELATIONSHIP with Creator God, since the creation of the very first human being, until NOW.

 

But when Jesus Christ came as a tiny newborn babe, for the sole purpose of restoring the BROKEN relationship between the ALMIGHTY GOD and mankind, through sacrificing His own life, He brought RECONCILIATION, the restoration of God’s relationship with His creation, mankind.  And those who come to Him to have their relationship RESTORED, will reap the rewards of Heaven, and will be made completely brand new, in their thoughts and actions.  They will be a NEW CREATION, and will live in a NEW CREATION.

 

This act of RECONCILIATION, God RECONCILING the world to Himself, IN CHRIST, bringing SALVATION to a LOST and DYING world, and those who come to Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and CONFESSING their sins to Him, will NOT have their sins counted against them, and they will have RECONCILATION with Almighty God.  This is the MESSAGE of RECONCILATION.

 

Those of us who have been RECONCILED with God, then becomes AMBASSADORS of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.  It is as if God is making His appeal through His own Children, those saved by GRACE, and IN CHRIST.  And each TRUE BELIEVER is given the MINISTRY of RECONCILIATION.    

 

Therefore, we IMPLORE you on Christ’s behalf:  BE RECONCILED TO GOD!  If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you have a BROKEN RELATIONSHIP with Him and are in DESPERATE NEED of RECONCILIATION, in order for you to escape the HORRORS of HELL, for ALL ETERNITY.  You NEED to come to God with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING your sins to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING with ALL your HEART, that Jesus Christ died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and IN CHRIST, be RECONCILED to God!  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
