“The Reconciliation of the Jews and the Gentiles”

 

For He Himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in His flesh the dividing wall of hostility by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that He might create in Himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility.  And He came and preached peace to you who were far off, and peace to those who were near.  For through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.       Ephesians 2:14-18

 

One thing is very evident in our world today, and that is the INTENSITY of the HOSTILITY between races, genders, nations, religious groups, politics, and within our own precious families.  This HOSTILITY leads ONLY to other problems that can and will destroy mankind.

 

God, in His infinite wisdom, and AMAZING LOVE, provided the ONLY thing that could break DOWN the dividing wall of HOSTILITY, and that was SACRIFICING His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, sending Him to DIE on an OLD RUGGED CROSS, to bring PEACE to the Jews and Gentiles.

 

Creating in Himself ONE NEW MAN, in place of two, therefore making PEACE between them.  Not only making PEACE between the two, but the MOST IMPORTANT thing was RECONCILING them to God in ONE body, the CHURCH.  Jesus was able to accomplish this by His SARIFICIAL DEATH on the cross, and thereby KILLING the HOSTILITY. 

 

He preached PEACE to those who were far off, the Gentiles, and to those who were near, the Jews.  For through JESUS CHRIST, we both, as ONE body, have ACCESS, by ONE SPIRIT to the Father. 

 

That is IF you have given your HEART and LIFE to God.  If you have NOT done so, then you are not a part of the ONE BODY, the CHURCH, the BLESSED BODY of JESUS CHRIST, and you do NOT have ACCESS to Father God.  Your destiny is a place called HELL, the place of UNENDING, torment, torture, pain, agony, heartache, and despair, with NO WAY of ESCAPE.  However, if you will come to Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING your sins to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and get RID of ALL your HOSTILITIES, and become part of the ONE BODY of Jesus Christ, and let Him give you His PEACE throughout ALL of ETERNITY.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
