“Believing and Accepting”

 

Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s One and Only Son.      John 3:18

And we also thank God continually because, when you received the Word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the Word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe.        1 Thessalonians 2:13

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.          John 3:36

 

BELIEVING is actually taking what you have SEEN or HEARD as the TRUTH.  The Word of God tells us PLAINLY that; WHOEVER BELIEVES in Him, the Lord Jesus Christ, as the SON of the LIVING GOD, and thus ACCEPTS Him as such, will NOT be CONDEMNED.  But whoever will NOT BELIEVE nor ACCEPT Him, they WILL BE CONDEMNED, and really, they are ALREADY CONDEMNED.

 

The Apostle Paul, tells the Thessalonian believers that, he CONTINUALLY THANKS God, because when they RECEIVED the Word of God, they ACCEPTED it as it TRULY IS, and NOT merely a HUMAN WORD, but ACTUALLY as the TRUE WORD of the LIVING GOD.  And that Word INDWELLS them and is WORKING in those who BELIEVE.  PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE BELIEVERS, will be BLESSED in having the LIVING WORD of GOD, in the PRESENCE of GOD’S HOLY SPIRIT, INDWELLING and WORKING in and through them.

 

So the destiny of a TRUE BELIEVER is, ETERNAL LIFE in Heaven, with ALL its BLESSINGS, but WHOEVER REJECTS God’s Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, will spend their ETERNITY in Hell, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY of ESCAPE.  And they will be facing CONDEMNATION, from the RIGHTEOUS, HOLY GOD.  What is your DESTINY? 

 

If you will TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  And CONFESS your sins to Him, then ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, through His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ.  He will FORGIVE you and give you ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN.  So do this NOW while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
