Always thanking the Father.  He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to His People, who live in the Light.  For He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of His Dear Son, who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.      Colossians 1:12-14

 

If you have ACCEPTED Jesus Christ as your SAVIOR and LORD, then you are a TRUE BELIEVER, that belongs to God’s Holy Family.  This is POSSIBLE because of what Jesus did on the cross, by the SHEDDING of His own BLOOD for the FORGIVENESS of YOUR SINS.  He PURCHASED our FREEDOM and FORGAVE our sins. 

 

One of the first things He accomplished was RESCUING you from the KINGDOM of DARKNESS and providing for you a SPIRITUAL LIBERTY from Satan’s kingdom, a realm of DARKNESS with DECEPTION AND WICKEDNESS.  It is a kingdom for those who have NOT ACCEPTED Christ, but CONTINUALLY REJECT Him and His FREE GIFT of ETERNAL SALVATION.  It is a kingdom, which provides HEARTACHE, PAIN and DESPAIR, and MANY, MANY other HORRORS that last throughout ETERNITY, and there is NO ESCAPE, once you are there. 

 

For those who ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION, there is a GREAT TRANSFER that is made. They are TRANSFERRED from the kingdom of darkness to the KINGDOM of GOD’S DEAR SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and they are LIBERATED from their slavery to sin, and given a NEW LIFE in CHRIST JESUS.  It is an ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  And they are able to SHARE in the INHERITANCE that belongs to God’s TRUE CHILDREN.  It is a Place where they will live for ALL of ETERNITY under the CARE and AUTHORITY of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.  It is the GLORIOUS KINGDOM of LIGHT. 

 

In order to be TRANSFERRED to that GLORIOUS KINGDOM, you MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that JESUS DIED for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION, and allow Him to RESCUE you from your slavery to sin, and allow Him to TRANSFER you from the kingdom of darkness, into the KINGDOM of ETERNAL LIGHT.  DO this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“He Will Deliver Us!”

 

Indeed, we had the sentence of death within ourselves so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead; who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our HOPE.  And He will yet deliver us.      2 Corinthians 1:9-10

 

We live in UNSETTLING, and UNCERTAIN times, not knowing what to expect or how to handle things that could alter our life, as we have known it to be in the past.  The future is ALWAYS an adventure into the UNKNOWN, but as a TRUE BELIEVER of the LORD JESUS CHRIST and the ALMIGHTY GOD, we can face the UNKNOWN with HOPE and ASSURANCE that we are in GOOD HANDS.  The Apostle Paul wanted the Corinthian believers to KNOW just how POWERFUL God is, and so he shared with them a time when he was VERY MUCH in DESPAIR, so MUCH that he felt as if he had a DEATH SENTENCE within himself, which brought him to the point of NOT putting his TRUST in HIMSELF, but in God, the ONLY ONE, who raised the dead, and the ONLY ONE Who could DELIVER him from such GREAT HARDSHIPS.

 

The ALMIGHTY GOD, was the ONE to whom Paul placed his HOPE for DELIVERANCE from so GREAT a PERIL of DEATH, yet he could proclaim that GOD will DELIVER him.  And so, this is TRUE of those who come to JESUS CHRIST for the SALVATION of their souls. They can put their HOPE and TRUST in Him to DELIVER them from their WRETCHED, SINFUL LIVES, and from spending an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY of ESCAPE, once they are there.

 

ONLY GOD can DELIVER you from such a GREAT PERIL of an ETERNAL SPIRITUAL DEATH.  And HE WILL DELIVER YOU, if you will TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO HIM, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and like the Apostle Paul, PROCLAIM that: “HE WILL DELIVER US!”  And spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN with ALL its BLESSINGS.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“Teach Me”

 

Let me hear Your Lovingkindness in the morning; for I trust in You; teach me the way I should walk; for to You I lift up my soul.    Psalm 143:8

 

I think that this SHOULD be a VITAL part of EVERY TRUE BELIEVER’S prayer, EVERY morning, when they take the time to SPEAK intimately with their Heavenly Father. And they can then EXPERIENCE His LOVINGKINDNESS, which He so WILLINGLY LAVISHES on His Children, when they have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Him, and when they have the DESIRE to spend time with Him, because you put your TRUST in Him.  What a GLORIOUS WAY to begin ANY day!

 

Then they SHOULD SEEK His WILL and His WAYS.  So, they ASK Him to TEACH them the WAY they should walk. Now, sometimes this word “WALK” can also mean “LIVE”.  So, we might read this, in this manner:  “Teach me the way I should LIVE, for to YOU I lift up my soul.  Whenever, a person is LIVING a RIGHTEOUS LIFE, they will MOST of the time be WALKING on the RIGHT PATH.  I say, “MOST of the time”, because they are in the flesh and being in the flesh means that sometimes they will fall to temptation, and SIN against GOD.  But for the MOST part they will STRIVE to PLEASE Him, by FOLLOWING His WILL and His WAYS.  The Psalmist, David, finished his request by saying: “For to You I lift up my soul.”  I believe that David was indicating that ALL that he is, his WHOLE BEING, he was giving TOTALLY to his HEAVENLY FATHER.  And because of that, he had a DEEP DESIRE for the ALMIGHTY GOD to TEACH HIM, in order for him to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with God, and to LIVE or WALK on the RIGHT path.  Is this your DESIRE?  Do you have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY?

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you DO NOT have ANY relationship with Him, because you are His Creation, BUT you are NOT His CHILD.  In order to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Him and to become His CHILD, with an ETERNAL HOME in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS, and to ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, you MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that JESUS, God’s Only Son, died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION and have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Him, so that you might experience His UNFAILING LOVINGKINDNESS and ALLOW Him to TEACH YOU His WILL and His WAYS.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“From the Pit of Despair to Solid Ground”

 

He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire.  He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.   Psalm 40:2

 

At some time or another, we find ourselves in HARD situations.  Situations that bog us down, as if we were in a SLIMY PIT of MUD and MIRE.  And we feel like we will be totally OVERCOME with DESPAIR and NO WAY to ESCAPE.  King David found himself to be in such a situation, and his ONLY HELP was to CRY out to the LORD GOD, and so he did, and he WAITED PATIENTLY for the LORD’S HELP, and God heard David’s Cry and LIFTED him OUT of the PIT of DESPAIR and He released him from the MUD and MIRE. God set his FEET on SOLID GROUND and STEADIED David as he WALKED along.

 

Not only did God RESCUE David from his DILEMMA, but He ESTABLISHED him on the SOLID ROCK.  He STEADIED him so he would NOT be at risk being caught in the PIT of DESPAIR.  David says that God gave him a NEW SONG to sing.  And that MANY will see what the LORD GOD has done and will put their TRUST in Him.  David proclaims the JOYS of those who TRUST the LORD, who have NO CONFIDENCE in the PROUD or the WICKED.  He says: “O LORD my GOD, you have performed MANY WONDERS for us.  Your plans for us are too numerous to list.  YOU have NO equal.  If I tried to tell of ALL Your WONDERFUL DEEDS, I would NEVER come to the end of them.”   Are you in a PIT of SIN, LOSTNESS and DESPAIR?

 

If you are, you can be delivered, if you will CRY out to the ALMIGTY GOD and SEEK Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART and CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS, God’s ONLY SON died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven making intercession for you, before God. You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION and allow Him to LIFT you out of the MUD and MIRE of the PIT of DESPAIR and SET your feet on SOLID GROUND, and to STEADY you as you LIVE for HIM throughout, an ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS, and to be able to ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“Then and Now”

 

So, you must live as Gods OBEDIENT children.  Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires.  You didn’t know any better THEN.  But NOW you MUST be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy.  For the Scriptures say, “You must be HOLY because I am HOLY.   1 Peter 1:14-16

 

Before an individual comes to KNOW and ACCEPT Jesus Christ as their SAVIOR and LORD, they live in a SINFUL, REBELLIOUS, DISOBEDIENT nature that is AGAINST ALL the ways of the HOLY and RIGHTEOUS GOD.  They live this DISOBEDIENT life because of the fact that they didn’t really know any BETTER, they were ignorant of God and His HOLY ways. That was THEN!

 

But when they come to the CROSS of CHRIST, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and are CLEANSED from their sins, and OBEY the TRUTH, and they ACCEPT GOD’S GIFT of SALVATION, made possible through the SHED BLOOD of CHRIST JESUS.  They MUST LIVE as God’s OBEDIENT CHILDREN, and STRIVE to live their NEW LIFE in a HOLY manner.  They must be HOLY because He is HOLY.  And in order to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with GOD, they must seek to live a HOLY, RIGHTEOUS LIFE.  Though ABSOLUTE HOLINESS cannot be achieved in this lifetime, ALL efforts MUST be made to LIVE according to the ALMIGHTY GOD’S PERFECT and HOLY WILL.  They MUST be OBEDIENT and STEADFAST in their FAITHFULNESS to God.  And BE CAREFUL NOT to SLIP BACK into their old SINFUL LIFESTYLES and its SINFUL DESIRES. This is NOW!

 

In order to be able to LIVE according to GOD’S HOLY and PERFECT WILL, you MUST give your HEART and LIFE to Him, by, TURNING AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, which is your “THEN” and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and CONFESS your sins to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and ESCAPE HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and GAIN HEAVEN, with ALL of its BLESSINGS.  Make this your “NOW”, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

 

 

"The Servant King"

 

“The Servant King”

 

The LORD said to Me, “I have a greater task for You, my Servant.  Not only will you restore to greatness the people of Israel who have survived, but I will also make you a Light to the nations---so that all the world may be saved.”   Isaiah 49:6

 

The Servant that is mentioned by the Prophet Isaiah, is referring to the MESSIAH, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, whom the Almighty God appointed to bring Israel back, and to NOT ONLY restore GREATNESS to the people of Israel, but to also be a LIGHT to ALL the nations, so ALL the WORLD may be SAVED.

 

During His time on Earth, the Servant King, Jesus, was DESPISED and REJECTED among mankind, and to some, His Mission might appear to be a FAILURE, because of the SUFFERING and the REJECTION that He faced, in a CONTINUAL MANNER.  In Isaiah 50:4-11, it shows us the mindset of the Servant King.  He says: “But their insults cannot hurt Me because the Sovereign LORD gives me help.  I brace Myself to endure them.  I KNOW that I will not be disgraced, for God is NEAR, and He will prove me INNOCENT.” (v7) “The Sovereign LORD Himself defends Me---who, then, can prove Me guilty? All My accusers will disappear; they will vanish like moth—eaten cloth.” (v9) This is the SERVANT KING expressing His ASSURANCE that He is doing the WILL and WORK of the Almighty God, and will be rewarded with COMPLETE SUCCESS.  And this will take place during the SECOND COMING of the SERVANT KING.

 

Remember, that He is LIGHT to the GENTILES, which means that they are offered God’s Gift of SALVATION.  Before a person is SAVED from their sins, they walk or live in DARKNESS, but when they give their HEART and LIFE to God, by coming to the CROSS of CHRIST JESUS, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and they CONFESS their SINS to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS  and  ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, they will be able to WALK in the LIGHT, and ALL their SINS are FORGIVEN, and they are on their way to an ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS, and they will ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS.  So, if you are still in the DARKNESS, come into the LIGHT of the SERVANT KING, NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“Don’t Be Like a Senseless Horse or Mule!”

 

Finally, I confessed ALL my sins to You, and stopped trying to HIDE my guilt.  I said to myself, “I will CONFESS my rebellion to the LORD.”  And You FORGAVE me!” ALL my guilt is gone.       Psalm 32:5

 

This Psalm was penned by King David, and it is an ENCOURAGING WORD and a bit of a WARNING.  David, says FINALLY, after a time of SUFFERING through the GUILT of his UNCONFESSED SINS, (vv 3&4), he says, “FINALLY!” Then he CONFESSES “Day and night Your Hand was HEAVY on me; my STRENGTH was SAPPED as in the heat of SUMMER.” (v4) The time that he was SILENT was as if his BONES WASTED away, and his STRENGTH was SAPPED.  Then he cried out to God and ACKNOWLEDGED or CONFESSED ALL his SINS to God, and he STOPPED trying to HIDE his GUILT.  He KNEW that his sins were a REBELLION against God and when David CONFESSED his ACTS of REBELLION, God FORGAVE HIM! And ALL his GUILT was GONE.

 

Is this your situation, are you feeling the HAND of GOD, HEAVY on you? Is the GUILT of your REBELLION against Him, wearing you to a FRAZZLE?  The LORD says: “I will guide you along the BEST pathway for YOUR life.  I will ADVISE you and WATCH over you.  Do NOT be like a SENSELESS horse or mule that NEEDS a bit and bridle to KEEP it under CONTROL.”  The WICKED suffer MANY SORROWS, but UNFAILING LOVE surrounds those who TRUST THE LORD.  (v10)

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to GOD, then there will come a time when you will SUFFER GUILT from UNCONFESSED SINS and you will face GOD’S JUDGMENT, and His CONDEMNATION of being sentenced to an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, after you are there.  However, God has a plan for YOU. If you are WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. And will CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, He is FAITHFUL and MERCIFUL to FORGIVE YOU and to RELEASE you from the GUILT of ALL your sins.  You MUST ACCEPT His GIFT of SALVATION, and DON’T be like the SENSELESS HORSE and MULE, but TRUST GOD, He WILL see you THROUGH, and you will RECEIVE an ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

"The Will of God, Good, Acceptable and Perfect."

 

“The Will of God, Good, Acceptable and Perfect.”

 

I appeal to you brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the Will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.     Romans 12:1-2

 

This is part of the Apostle Paul’s message to the Believers in Rome.  Notice that Paul’s demeanor, is one of exhortation or URGENCY.  He is URGING his fellow believers to present their BODIES, which is their WHOLE LIFE, by God’s MERCIES, as a LIVING SACRIFICE and it should be HOLY and ACCEPTABLE to God, this is their SPIRITUAL WORSHIP, which is ANY ministry, that is carried out for God. 

 

Then Paul URGES them to NOT be CONFORMED or to YIELD to this WORLD, but to be TRANSFORMED, or CHANGED by the RENEWING of their MINDS. They are NOT to LIVE by their FLESHLY DESIRES or to LIVE according to the WAYS of this EVIL WORLD.  But they are to TURN AWAY FROM their SINFUL LIFE-STYLE, and ACCEPT and LIVE by the WAYS of the HOLY, RIGHTEOUS GOD. 

 

This TRANSFORMATION is a TOTAL CHANGE from the INSIDE OUT.  And the MAIN part of this CHANGE is the MIND, which CONTROLS one’s ATTITUDES, THOUGHTS, FEELINGS and ACTIONS.  This is an ONGOING TRANSFORMATION, which takes place as a BELIEVER, immerses themselves with the WORD of GOD, PRAYER, and FELLOWSHIP with other BELIEVERS, through this process, they are CONTINUALLY being TRANSFORMED.

 

This TRANSFORMATION will give them the ability to TEST and APPROVE that GOD’S WILL is GOOD, WELL-PLEASING, and PERFECT. And as the TRUE BELIEVER, MATURES, and their MINDS are continually being TRANSFORMED to the MIND of CHRIST JESUS, and they become MORE CHRISTLIKE. And they will DESIRE more and more the WILL of GOD, the GOOD, ACCEPTABLE and PERFECT WILL of GOD, which is PLEASING to GOD. 

 

However, if you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, you are NOT PLEASING to Him, because you are LIVING by a WORLDLY MINDSET, and your HEART is contaminated by the WORLDLY WAYS, which is a HUGE RISK to your DESTINY.  IF you CONTINUE to REJECT God’s Gift of SALVATION, your DESTINY is an ETERNAL LIFE in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY TO ESCAPE, once you are there.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM YOUR sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS your sins to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And BELIEVE with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE, in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and be TRANSFORMED to His GOOD, ACCEPTABLE, and PERFECT WILL, and it will give you an ETERNITY in HEAVEN with ALL its BLESSINGS.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“The Key to Your Life”

 

“Now listen! Today I am giving you a choice between life and death, between prosperity and disaster.  For I command you this day to love the LORD your God and to keep His commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in His Ways.  If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the LORD your God will bless you.    Deuteronomy 30:15-16

 

Deuteronomy was penned by Moses, and this section was dealing with how the Israelite Believers should live.  He gave them the CHOICE of LIFE or DEATH.  He never taught them that they were JUSTIFIED by OBEYING the Law.  His point was how to LIVE an ABUNDANT LIFE, by being OBEDIENT to GOD’S WORD.   If they TRULY wanted to PLEASE the LORD, then they SHOULD LOVE HIM enough to WALK in His Ways.   This is a TRUTH that is APPLICABLE for ALL MANKIND to follow.  That is, for ALL who are TRUE BELIEVERS.  And have ACCEPTED God’s Gift of SALVATION, which is made POSSIBLE through the LORD JESUS CHRIST, God’s ONLY Son, the One who PAID the PRICE with the SHEDDING of His OWN BLOOD for the REDEMPTION or SALVATION of the SOULS of MANKIND.  By following Moses’ instructions, he says that “If you do this, you will LIVE and MULTIPLY, and the LORD your GOD will bless you.

 

This is what we call; Living the ABUNDANT LIFE, they could be PROSPEROUS and have a JOYOUS FELLOWSHIP with the LORD GOD, ALMIGHTY.  But if they were to TURN AWAY from LIVING in OBEDIENCE to GOD’S WORD and WAYS. Then they could FALL into the TEMPTATION of DISOBEDIENCE against GOD, and experience a DISASTEROUS, CATASTROPHIC JUDGMENT.  So, you see why MOSES was EXPLICIT about his INSTRUCTIONS on LIVING a VICTORIOUS and PROSPEROUS LIFESTYLE, through their OBEDIENCE to God’s WORD and WAYS.  It was NOT by their WORKS that they were ABLE to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with God, but it was by their FAITH, or BELIEVING that GOD was REAL, and if they wanted to PLEASE Him they would be OBEDIENT to Him.

 

This is TRUTH that applies to ALL TRUE BELIEVERS, they have the CHOICE to make between LIFE or DEATH, PROSPERITY or DISASTER.  YOU can make this choice by LOVING the LORD your God, OBEYING HIM, and COMMITTING yourself FIRMLY to HIM. When you do this, you can possess the KEY to YOUR LIFE, and a RIGHT RELATIONSHIIP with the ALMIGHTY GOD.

 

But if you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, and you are CONTINUALLY REJECTING His SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, as your SAVIOR and LORD, then you are facing a SPIRITUAL, DISASTEROUS and CATASTROPHIC JUDGMENT.  In order to ESCAPE such a JUDGMENT, you MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. And CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and LIVE an OBEDIENT LIFE, FOLLOWING GOD’S WORD and WAYS.  And receive HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS as your ETERNAL HOME, and ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, after you are there.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience.  And God is faithful.  He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand.  When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure.    1 Corinthians 10:13

 

The Apostle Paul wrote this word of ENCOURAGEMENT to the TRUE BELIEVERS in Corinth.  He wanted them to UNDERSTAND, just how much POWER they possessed through Jesus Christ, in order to OVERCOME the TEMPTATIONS that they faced EVERYDAY. 

 

Here are some things, I feel God wants us to KNOW and APPLY to our LIVES and our RELATIONSHIP with Him, as His CHILDREN.  First, we should make sure that we have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Him, which is, that you have come to the CROSS of JESUS CHRIST, and have CONFESSED your sins to Him, asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  Next, You SHOULD BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in HEAVEN, making intercession for you, before God.  You SHOULD be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, meaning, that you GIVE UP your OLD WAYS, and EMBRACE the WAYS of God.  In other words, START LIVING by FAITH and NOT by the FLESH.  This will bring STEADFASTNESS and STRENGTH to your FAITH.

 

And because of this RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with the ALMIGHTY GOD, made possible ONLY through a RELATIONSHIP with His SON, JESUS CHRIST, you can have the POWER to OVERCOME ANY TEMPTATION.  Because of God’s FAITHFULNESS and the fact that He will NOT ALLOW the TEMPTATION to be MORE than you can stand, you can be a VICTOR over these TEMPTATIONS that can bring GREAT HARM to your RELATIONSHP with God, if YOU allow YOURSELF to FALL to the TEMPTATION.  The BIGGEST PROBLEM TODAY, is people are NOT looking for A WAY OUT, through ENDURANCE but for a WAY IN for INDULGENCE.  How is YOUR RELATIONSHIP with GOD?  Are you LOOKING for A WAY OUT of your TEMPTATIONS?  Or are you LOOKING for a WAY IN FOR the INDULGENCE? 

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to GOD, through His Son, JESUS CHRIST, then you really DON’T have a RELATIONSHIP with Him, and chances are EXTREMELY GOOD, that you are NOT LOOKING for a WAY OUT of the TEMPTATIONS you face each day.  Sadly, to say, but your DESTINY is NOT a very POSTIVE DESTINY. If you continue to REJECT JESUS CHRIST as your SAVIOR and LORD, then you have NO RELATIONSHIP with GOD, but are HEADED for an ETERNITY in HELL with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once you are there.  You MUST have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with GOD, by TURNING AWAY from your TEMPTATIONS, and TURNING to GOD with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESSING your SINS to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and start LOOKING for WAYS OUT of your TEMPTATIONS, remembering, that GOD is FAITHFUL and will NOT ALLOW the TEMPTATION to be MORE than you can stand, but He will show you a WAY OUT, so that you can ENDURE, and have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with HIM, and spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“Good News!”

 

The Good News is about God’s Son.  In His earthly life He was born into King David’s family line, and He was shown to be the Son of God when He was raised from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit.  He is Jesus Christ our Lord.   Romans 1:3-4

 

This letter is from the Apostle Paul, who was sent to PREACH the GOOD NEWS.  His ministry was mainly to the Gentiles (non-Jews).  Paul states that God had PROMISED this GOOD NEWS long ago through His Prophets of the HOLY SCRIPTURES.   And it was the mandate of the APOSTLES to PREACH the GOOD NEWS to ALL people, everywhere. 

 

JESUS CHRIST is the GOOD NEWS, being the Son of God, and taking on flesh and blood, and a human nature, yet SINLESS in EVERY ASPECT, He became not only HUMAN, but an ISRAELITE, and was born into King David’s family line, this was a qualification He needed to become the MESSIAH, and so, it is that He will fulfill the DAVIDIC COVENANT, by taking the throne throughout ETERNITY.  

 

It was by the REDEEMING ACT of the SACRIFICIAL LAMB, the Lord Jesus Christ, who SHED His precious BLOOD, so that whoever CALLS on the NAME of the LORD, shall be SAVED.  And through His MIRACULOUS RESURRECTION, He not only WON the VICTORY over SIN, DEATH and the GRAVE, but it PROVED that He TRULY is the SON OF GOD, He is JESUS CHRIST our LORD. And He is the ONLY WAY to a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with the ALMIGHTY GOD. 

 

And just as it was with the Apostles, so it SHOULD BE with all TRUE BELIEVERS, to TELL everyone we meet the GOOD NEWS, that JESUS CHRIST, is ALIVE and WELL, and is their ONLY HOPE for an ETERNITY in HEAVEN.  We SHOULD be WILLING to SHARE what GOD has done for THEM, in order to SECURE for them an ETERNAL HOME in HEAVEN.  To do that, they MUST BE WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM their sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS their sins to Him, and to ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL their HEART, that JESUS died for THEM, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for them, before God.  They MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and GO SHARE the GOOD NEWS, that JESUS SAVES, so they will BELIEVE and OBEY Him, and bring GLORY to His NAME!!

 

 So, if YOU haven’t ACCEPTED this GOOD NEWS, but have been REJECTING IT, you need to do the above, and be able to RECEIVE HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS as your ETERNAL HOME, and to be able to ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS.  DO this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING, and COMING SOON!!!

How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart?  Cleanse me from these hidden faults.  Keep Your servant from deliberate sins!  Don’t let them control me.  Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin.     Psalm 19:12-13

 

The Prophet Jeremiah says: “The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked.  Who really knows how bad it is?”  King David, basically says the same in his Psalm, concerning his HIDDEN FAULTS and DELIBERATE SINS.  He says; “How can I know ALL the sins LURKING in my HEART?” The Holy Word of God is like a mirror, exposing us to our own sins, whether they are HIDDEN FAULTS, those sins committed by us, which we are ignorant of, those that we don’t realize or KNOW we’ve committed, they are called “sins of ignorance”, or DELIBERATE SINS, those we have done out of our own FREE WILL, sins that are committed with the intention of COMMITTING them.  It is the work of the Holy Spirit to bring our HEARTS under CONVICTION, and when we are CONFESSING our KNOWN SINS, we SHOULD CONFESS those HIDDEN FAULTS, so we, like King David, SHOULD ask for God’s CLEASING from the HIDDEN FAULTS also. 

 

David had a REAL FEAR of being CONTROLLED by his sins, his request to the Almighty God, was to KEEP him AWAY from the DELIBERATE SINS, and to NOT let them have CONTROL over him.  David knew that then and ONLY then could he be FREE from GUILT and INNOCENT of GREAT SIN.  God told Jeremiah, “But I, the LORD, search ALL HEARTS and EXAMINE SECRET MOTIVES.  I give ALL people their due rewards, ACCORDING to what their actions deserve.”  So, it’s ALWAYS GOOD to include ALL HIDDEN FAULTS, in your time of CONFESSION.  So, you too, might be able to say as David did: “Don’t let the SINS CONTROL me.  Then I will be FREE of GUILT and INNOCENT of GREAT SIN.”

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are in REBELLION against Him, and your DESTINY is at RISK of spending an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, after you are there.  In order to be FREE from GUILT and INNOCENT of GREAT SINS, which will bring CONDEMNATION upon you, unless you are WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS, both HIDDEN FAULTS and DELIBERATE SINS to God, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in HEAVEN, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and be FREE from GUILT and INNOCENT of GREAT SIN.  And spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING, and COMING SOON!!!

“The Sacrifice That Keeps on Giving”

 

We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ.  And this is true for everyone who BELIEVES, no matter who we are.    Romans 3:22

 

Today is GOOD FRIDAY, when I was a child, growing-up, I could not understand why people called this GOOD FRIDAY, when it was the time that Jesus was SEVERLY BEATEN, and CRUCIFIED, or KILLED on an OLD RUGGED CROSS, so what was so GOOD about that?  Once I was SAVED, I learned that it was GOOD because Jesus SACRIFICED His LIFE to be able to SAVE mankind from their sins and an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once they are there. 

 

Because EVERYONE SINS; we ALL FALL short of the MARK of GOD’S GLORIOUS standard.   And yet because of GOD’S UNDESERVED KINDNESS, He declares that those who are TRUE BELIEVERS are RIGHTEOUS, through Jesus Christ, who became the ONE and ONLY ULTIMATE SACRIFICE, who was able to FREE US from the PENALTY of our sins.  He presented JESUS as the SACRIFICE for SIN. And people are made RIGHT with God when they BELIEVE that JESUS SACRIFICED His LIFE, by SHEDDING His PRECIOUS BLOOD and through His DEATH and RESURRECTION, He has done what NO OTHER PERSON can do, that is to SAVE MANKIND from their SINS and to DECLARE them RIGHTEOUS in GOD’s Sight.  And to GIVE to them ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  JESUS CHRIST, the SACRIFICE that KEEPS ON GIVING, from ETERNITY PAST to ETERNITY FUTURE His act of REDEMPTION is the ONLY WAY for MANKIND to BE SAVED. 

 

Have you ACCEPTED GOD’S ONE and ONLY SACRIFICE, the ONLY SACRIFICE that KEEPS ON GIVING?  If not, you are destined to spend your ETERNITY in HELL, and MISS spending it in HEAVEN. You have the OPPORTUNITY NOW to change that DESTINY.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. And CONFESS your sins to HIM and ASK Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION by ACCEPTING the ONLY SACRIFICE that KEEPS on GIVING.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON.  Make this a REAL GOOD FRIDAY!!!

“Is Your Feet Clean?”

 

When Jesus came to Simon Peter, Peter said to Him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?”  Jesus replied, “You don’t understand now what I am doing, but someday you will.”  “NO,” Peter protested, “You will never ever wash my feet!”  Jesus replied, “Unless I wash you, you won’t belong to Me.”    John 13:6-8

 

Before the Passover Meal, Jesus got up from the table, laying aside His Robe, He wrapped a towel around His waist, and poured water into a basin.  Then He began to wash the disciples’ feet drying them with the towel.  In Israel, this was a custom provided by a host, and carried out by their servant, never by the Head of the Household.  It was done as a courtesy, because most people WALKED everywhere, and their feet would get really dusty and dirty.  So, the LORD JESUS took on the role of a SERVANT, by administering this act of courtesy for His Disciples. 

 

Most of the Disciples submitted to this act of courtesy, but Simon Peter, questioned this lowly act that Jesus was performing.  Jesus KNEW Peter’s limited understanding of what He was doing, and Jesus’ reply to Peter was: “You don’t UNDERSTAND now what I am doing, but someday you will.”  Then Peter replied with a REFUSAL to allow Jesus to wash his feet: “NO,” Peter protested, “You will NEVER EVER wash my feet!”  And Jesus replied to Peter’s REFUSAL with: “Unless, I wash you, you won’t belong to Me.”  In order to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP or FELLOWSHIP with JESUS, there must be a FREQUENT CLEANSING of the TRUE BELIEVER, as they CONFESS their sins.

 

This lowly act that was carried out by the LORD JESUS, was an example of SERVANTUDE and of the CONSTANT NEED for this CLEANSING of the sins that DIRTIES up the souls of mankind.  And this CLEANSING is a CONTINUAL PROCESS, which keeps us in a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP, with NOT ONLY the SON of GOD, but GOD, Himself.  The INITIAL CLEANSING, brings REDEMPTION, and SALVATION to a LOST and DYING SOUL.  So, my question is: “IS YOUR FEET CLEAN?”

 

Have you been to the foot of the CROSS of CALVARY and have you SURRENDERED your HEART and LIFE to JESUS CHRIST for that CLEANSING POWER, and to have a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with Him and His HEAVENLY FATHER?  If not, you can by:  WILLINGLY TURNING AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURNING TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  And CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You

MUST LET JESUS WASH YOU and CLEANSE YOU, from ALL your sins, and ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION.  And receive HEAVEN as your ETERNAL HOME, with ALL its BLESSINGS, and ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON
