 “LISTEN: This is What the LORD Says”

 

“I will bless those who have humble and contrite hearts, who tremble at My word.  But those who choose their own ways—delighting in their detestable sins—will not have their offerings accepted” Isaiah 66: 2b,3a

 

Isaiah’s final call to FAITHFULNESS and the DISAPPROVAL of hypocrisy is appropriate for the Israelites who could READ Isaiah’s ENTIRE message and yet REJECT their God were to be left ALONE, because they chose their OWN ways and they DELIGHTED in their DETESTABLE SINS.  And because of their UNFAITHFULNESS to GOD and their HYPOCRISY, God would choose their PUNISHMENT.

However, God tells us that He will BLESS those who have HUMBLE and CONTRITE HEARTS.  Those who RECOGNIZES and RESPECTS His SOVEREIGNTY, and who will FOLLOW His WORD.  And God wanted them to be OBEDIENT to His WORD, especially if they were to ENJOY His BLESSINGS. 

For those who desired to FOLLOW their OWN ways and REJECT GOD, they would FACE JUDGMENT, because their SACRIFICES, RITUALS and WORSHIP were nothing more than EXTERNAL.  In their HEARTS, they were EVIL and PERVERTED. And that is WHY God will bring HARSH JUDGMENT upon them. 

There is COMING a time when the MERCY and GRACE of GOD will END.  And those who have REJECTED HIM and His SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST and have decided to go their OWN WAYS and DO their OWN THINGS will be JUDGED and SENTENCED to an ETERNITY in HELL with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once they are there.  So, which group are you a part of?  The ONES who are BLESSED or those who will be HARSHLY JUDGED?

You MUST SINCERELY, TRUTHFULLY, and GENUINELY come to God, through His Son, the LORD JESUS, and you MUST ADMIT that YOU are a SINNER in NEED of the SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, who SACRIFICED His LIFE for YOU to be ABLE to have ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  You MUST BELIEVE with ALL your HEART, that JESUS DIED for YOU and that He is ALIVE in HEAVEN, making intercession for YOU before God.  You MUST CONFESS your SINS to Him and ASK Him for His FORGIVENESS.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your SINFUL LIFESTYLE and TURN TO GOD with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION and STOP PROFESSING to belong to Him, when YOU REALLY aren’t POSSESSING His SALVATION.  If that is the case, you are running out of time, because God’s MERCY and GRACE will SOON END. So, ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST as YOUR SAVIOR and LORD, NOW, while you STILL can.  JESUS is WAITING and COMING SOON!!!  Don’t Be LEFT BEHIND!!!
