 “The Controlling Force Of the Christian Life”

…Christ’s Love controls us.  Since we believe that Christ died for ALL, we also believe that we have ALL died to our old life.  He died for EVERYONE so that those who receive His New Life will no longer live for themselves.  Instead, they will live for Christ, who died and was raised for them.    2 Corinthians 5:14-15

Whenever a person comes to Jesus Christ for the SALVATION of their soul, they MUST BELIEVE that Jesus DIED for them, but NOT JUST for them, but for ALL PEOPLE, and when they RECEIVE Him as their SAVIOR and LORD, they, in return, DIE to their OLD SINFUL LIFE-STYLE.  And He DIED that they might LIVE THROUGH HIM.  God sent His SON, Jesus, into the world so we MIGHT have ETERNAL LIFE through Him, and that we might LIVE through Him, LOVE through Him and SERVE through Him. 

So, we MUST BELIEVE that it is the LOVE of JESUS CHRIST that is the CONTROLLING FORCE of the CHRISTIAN LIFE.  This is TRUE, because the TRUE CHRISTIAN has DIED to their OLD, SINFUL LIFE-STYLE.  And it NO LONGER has a HOLD ON THEM, because they have been SET FREE from the BONDAGE of their SINS. And they will be ABLE to SUBMIT FULLY to the CONTROLLING FORCE of their NEW LIFE in CHRIST JESUS.  Is the LOVE of CHRIST, the CONTROLLING FORCE in YOUR life?  If you are a TRUE CHRISTIAN, IT most CERTAINLY SHOULD be.

However, if you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to GOD, through His SON, who DIED for the FORGIVENESS of your SINS, so that you might be ABLE to LIVE for Him. And that you might TURN AWAY FROM your SINFUL LIFE-STYLE and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. And that you MIGHT RECEIVE the LOVE of CHRIST as the CONTROLLING FORCE in your LIFE.  In order to do that you MUST ADMIT that YOU are a SINNER, in NEED of the SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST.  And you MUST BELIEVE that JESUS DIED for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your sins to HIM and ask HIM for His FORGIVENESS.  And ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION, and receive an ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS and  be ABLE to ESCAPE an ETERNAL LIFE in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once you are there.  And allow CHRIST’S LOVE to be the CONTROLLING FORCE in YOUR LIFE.  Do this NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!   Don’t be LEFT BEHIND!!!
