“Confident Hope”

 “Confident Hope”

We were given this hope when we were saved.  (If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it. But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently.)    Romans 8:24-25

As Children of the Living God, we should be WAITING PATIENTLY with EAGER HOPE for the day when God will give us our FULL RIGHTS as His ADOPTED Children.  These FULL RIGHTS includes NEW and PERFECT bodies, without SIN and SUFFERING.  We will FINALLY be SET FREE from the WRETCHED bondage of SIN and the CONDEMNATION of SPIRITUAL DEATH, which brings with it an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once you are there.  Instead, we are PROMISED an ETERNITY in HEAVEN with all its BLESSINGS.  This is the CONFIDENT HOPE we are EAGERLY WAITING FOR.   We were given this CONFIDENT HOPE when we were SAVED.  

If we ALREADY have something, then we don’t NEED to HOPE for it. But if we LOOK FORWARD to something we DO NOT YET have, we MUST WAIT PATIENTLY and CONFIDENTLY.  And we do NOT yet have the FULL RIGHTS  as God’s ADOPTED CHILDREN, because we do NOT have those NEW BODIES. So, we are EAGERLY WAITING for that DAY when JESUS CHRIST, will come and RAPTURE God’s Children from this SIN-DRENCHED world and will give us NEW and PERFECT BODIES, which will be FREE from SIN, SUFFERING, and DEATH.  WHAT A DAY THAT WILL BE!!!

But, if you are NOT a TRUE CHILD of GOD, a TRUE BELIEVER, but you are one who has NOT given their HEART and LIFE to God, then you are DESTINED for an ETERNAL LIFE in HELL with ALL its HORRORS.  You will NOT HAVE that CONFIDENT HOPE, but you will receive JUDGMENT of your sins, and you will receive your ETERNAL SENTENCE of an ETERNITY in HELL.  However, you DO have the OPPORTUNITY NOW to TURN AWAY FROM your SINFUL LIFE-STYLE, and with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, TURN TO GOD.  You do that by:  ADMITTING that you are a SINNER in NEED of the SAVIOR, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who GAVE His LIFE to SAVE YOUR SOUL.  You MUST BELIEVE that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  Then you MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION and with CONFIDENT HOPE receive the FULL RIGHTS as God’s ADOPTED CHILD, and spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN with ALL its BLESSINGS.  Do this NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!  DON’T BE LEFT BEHIND!!!
