 “Things Seen and Unseen”

So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now, rather,  we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen.  For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last FOREVER.   2 Corinthians 4:18

Many people focus on EARTHLY THINGS, so much that they become consumed with those things. They let them become so IMPORTANT and have such a STRONG hold on their lives that they put ALL their FAITH and HOPE in ONLY those things that they can see.  And in some instances they become TROUBLES, which will rob a TRUE BELIEVER of their JOY.  

The Apostle Paul tells us that we NEED to FIX our gaze or FOCUS on the SPIRITUAL THINGS, those things that CANNOT be SEEN.  Because the EARTHLY THINGS, those that CAN be SEEN will soon go AWAY, but the SPIRITUAL THINGS, those that CANNOT be SEEN will LAST FOREVER.  As TRUE BELIEVERS, we LIVE by FAITH and NOT by SIGHT.  It is FAITH in the LORD GOD, ALMIGHTY, that enables us to SEE those UNSEEN things of God. Those UNSEEN THINGS that will LAST FOREVER.  They are the things that helps us to LIVE according to the WORD of the LIVING GOD.  And they help us to FOCUS on our ETERNAL LIFE with the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who gave His Life to SAVE mankind from an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once they are there.  What do you have your gaze FIXED on, the SEEN or the UNSEEN?

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to the LORD GOD, then you cannot FOCUS on the UNSEEN, SPIRITUAL THINGS, the THINGS that will LAST FOREVER, but you can ONLY FOCUS on the SEEN things that will NOT LAST, and they will NOT HELP you spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  In order to FOCUS on the UNSEEN,  SPIRITUAL THINGS, and to spend your ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS, you MUST ADMIT that YOU are a SINNER in NEED of the SAVIOR, the LORD JESUS CHRIST.  And you MUST BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your sins to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION, and FOCUS on the UNSEEN SPIRITUAL THINGS that will LAST FOREVER!!!  Do this NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON.  Don’t be LEFT BEHIND!!!
