"Tapping into the Power!"

“Tapping into the Power!”

 

 

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria and to the end of the earth.”      Acts 1:8

 

Can you imagine the impact on this world, if EVERY TRUE BELIEVER tapped into the power that is within them, which is given by the Holy Spirit of the ALMIGHTY, LIVING GOD of this universe?

 

Wow!  What a tremendous change it would be.  However, we, who are TRUE BELIEVERS, seem to shy away from “TAPPING INTO THE POWER” that is provided to us from the ALMIGHTY God, Himself. 

 

We would be ASTOUNDED if we would actually experience the differences that would come about through such a transformation.  Many of us have experienced a drastic change in our own lives, when we came to Jesus for the SALVATION of our souls.  We became a NEW creation and all our old ways have been done away with and BEHOLD ALL things have become NEW.  We no longer PRACTICE a sinful lifestyle, but are striving daily to live a RIGHTEOUS lifestyle, because of the presence of God’s Holy Spirit, which indwells EVERY TRUE BELIEVER. 

 

Yet, many TRUE BELIEVERS, fail to TAP into the POWER that is within them, through the Holy Spirit of God.  WHY?  Well, some may not be FULLY aware of what is available to them through the work of God’s Holy Spirit.  And some may not want to utilize the POWER that is indwelling them, they may be somewhat fearful of what they would have to do. 

 

If you are a TRUE BELIEVER, who would be open to the POWER of God’s Holy Spirit, to be a WITNESS to a lost and dying world, but don’t know how to TAP into that POWER, this is what you must do:  Make yourself AVAILABLE to the Holy Spirit by being SENSITIVE and SURRENDERING yourself to Him, then be OBEDIENT to His will, and FOLLOW His directions, and be AMAZED at the POWER that is at work within you. 

 

If you are NOT a TRUE BELIEVER, then you do not possess the Holy Spirit of the ALMIGHTY God, and you do NOT possess His POWER.  But you are a tool in the devil’s hand and are at his bidding.  You are headed for an eternity in HELL, the place of horrendous, torment, torture, pain, agony and despair, without ANY way of escape for ALL eternity.  However, ALMIGHTY God is offering you the opportunity to come to Him and receive the SALVATION of your soul and the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT, which will indwell you at the time of your conversion, and you will be a WITNESS to a LOST and DYING world.  You can do that by:  Coming to Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING your sins to Him and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for you and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and TAP INTO His POWER, and be the WITNESS, He wants you to be.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
