“The Gift of Wisdom”

Get wisdom, get understanding.  The beginning of wisdom is this:  Get wisdom.               Proverbs 4:5,7

Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law and obey it with all my heart.  I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes.       Psalm 119: 34, 125



The Gift of Wisdom, is a very VALUABLE asset for the TRUE BELIEVER.  Of course, God desires that His TRUE CHILDREN would possess this gift of being able to UNDERSTAND His Eternal purposes, and that it would give to them DISCERNMENT or insight into what is TRUE and RIGHT.



As a SERVANT of God, we should seek after WISDOM.  Just like a child, who sits on Santa’s lap and asks him for what their hearts desire.  We can come to the ALMIGHTY GOD, who is a LOT MORE capable of providing for His Children, than a made-up Santa, we can come and ask Him for this MOST VALUABLE GIFT of WISDOM, and have ASSURANCE that He will give us what we ask for.  He wants us to have this GIFT of WISDOM, because it will ENHANCE our relationship with Him. 



By receiving this gift we will have a RIGHT relationship with Him, because WISDOM will help us KNOW and UNDERSTAND the WAYS of God, and in order to be a GOOD, OBEDIENT SERVANT, one must KNOW and be able TO DO the will of their MASTER, so they can PLEASE HIM. 



In order to RECEIVE this GIFT of WISDOM, you MUST FIRST, have a RELATIONSHIP with God.  And to do that, you MUST BE WILLING TO TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  CONFESSING your sins to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS.  Then you MUST BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  Then ACCEPT HIS gift of SALVATION, and SEEK after WISDOM.  Remember, the BEGINNING of WISDOM is RECEIVING IT. So do this NOW, while you still can.  And ESCAPE HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and receive HEAVEN as your ETERNAL HOME!   He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
