 “How Amazing Praising Can Be!”

 

Praise be to the LORD, for He has heard my cry for mercy.  The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him and I am helped.  My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to Him in song.    Psalm 28:6-7

 

PRAISE is the offering of GRATEFUL homage in words or song, as an act of WORSHIP.

 

When a person has a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with the ALMIGHTY GOD, and they spend INTIMATE periods of time with Him, and MEDITATE on His GOODNESS, it PROVOKES them to WONDERFUL, GLORIOUS PRAISE, that brings them to the point of TRUE, JOYFUL WORSHIP, which our Psalmist David KNEW quite well.  

 

This WORSHIP can invoke feelings of LOVE and ADORATION for our HEAVENLY FATHER.  And it can draw us to a CLOSER RELATIONSHIP with Him.  He yearns for our PRAISE and ADORATION. When the TRUE BELIEVER WORSHIPS with this kind of INTIMACY, they are PLEASING God, and He LISTENS and HEARS not only the PRAISE and ADORATION, but He hears their PRAYERS for MERCY.  He becomes their STRENGTH, their SHIELD and their SALVATION.  

 

This DEEP, INTIMATE form of PRAISE, which is produced from the WHOLE HEART and causes the TRUE BELIEVER to put their ENTIRE TRUST in God, knowing that He will be their HELP in difficult times.  It PRODUCES such JOYOUS ELATION and they can experience TRUE LOVE, PEACE, and JOY from having a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with God and His Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who has provided for us an ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  And to be able to ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once you are there.  Where will you spend your ETERNITY?

 

If you are a TRUE BELIEVER, who hasn’t been PRAISING GOD, with your WHOLE HEART and with a DEEP, INTIMATE form of PRAISE, you are MISSING OUT on that GLORIOUS JOY and AWESOME BLESSINGS from a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with God.  So, OPEN your HEART, FULLY, when you are  PRAISING HIM.  And be drawn CLOSER to Him, and experience; HOW AMAZING PRAISING CAN BE!

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to GOD, through the SALVATION that is found in His Son, JESUS CHRIST, and Him ALONE, you cannot experience HEAVEN as your ETERNAL HOME.  In order to receive that SALVATION, you MUST FIRST ADMIT that you are a SINNER in NEED of the SAVIOR.  You MUST BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your sins to Him, and with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, ask Him for His FORGIVENESS. And be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style and TURN TO GOD.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION and experience HOW AMAZING PRAISING CAN BE!  Do this NOW, while you still can.   He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!
