“The Bread of Life”

 

“I am the Bread of life.  Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, yet they died.  But here is the Bread that comes down from Heaven, which anyone may eat and not die.  I am the Living Bread that came down from Heaven.  Whoever eats this Bread will live forever.  This Bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”        John 6:49-51

 

Jesus Christ, the Bread of Life, came to earth for the sole purpose of SEEKING and SAVING the lost.  He tells us that those Moses led through the wilderness ate MANNA, but eventually, they still died.  However, the Bread from Heaven, which anyone may eat and NOT die, is speaking of a SPIRITUAL LIFE and SPIRITUAL DEATH. 

 

Jesus is the LIVING BREAD from Heaven, and when we ACCEPT Him as our SAVIOR and LORD, He becomes a part of us and we become part of Him, which FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING, means we are partaking in the eating of the Living Bread, Jesus, or consuming the Living Bread, meaning we absorb the very being of Christ.  We KNOW Him and are COMPLETELY living for HIM, and will receive ETERNAL LIFE in Heaven.  He is our SUSTENANCE, our BREAD of LIFE.

 

The Bread of Life, who came to earth and GAVE His LIFE for the LIFE of the world.  That the world might be SAVED, and for EVERYONE, who ACCEPTS or eats of this Bread, they will receive ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN.  And they will ESCAPE the HORRORS of an ETERNITY in Hell.  Have you PARTAKEN of this Bread of LIFE?

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you have NOT PARTAKEN of the Bread of Life, and are headed for an ETERNITY in HELL, with NO WAY of ESCAPE.  You MUST TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO God with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING your sins to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and PARTAKE or EAT of the BREAD of LIFE, and receive ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
