"The Return"

“The Return”

 

 

Those the Lord has rescued will return.  They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting Joy will crown their heads.  Gladness and Joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.       Isaiah 51:11

 

This was a message from the Prophet Isaiah to the nation of Israel concerning a new exodus back into Zion with God’s blessings.  However, as I read this passage of Scripture, my mind went to when Christ returns to earth the SECOND TIME, not the rapture, but the SECOND COMING, when He will set up His kingdom on earth or maybe even when the NEW HEAVENS and NEW EARTH will be established

 

He will return with those He has REDEEMED, and I’m sure there will be SINGING and PRAISING with EVERLASTING JOY, and SORROW and SIGHING will flee away.  What a time that will be.  It is beyond our comprehension.  But it will be AWESOME to say the least.  This is the future of the Church of Jesus Christ, those He has redeemed, those who have come to Him for the SALVATION of their soul.   

 

However, for those who have continually rejected the invitation of God to ACCEPT Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, they will be spending an ETERNITY in HELL, the place of perpetual torment, torture, agony, pain, heartache and despair, the likes of which mankind cannot comprehend. 

 

There is very little time left for those who are NOT of the REDEEMED, to come to Jesus, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING their sins to Him and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING with ALL their HEART that Jesus died for THEM, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for them, before God, then ACCEPTING His gift of SALVATION, and being a part of the REDEEMED, who will RETURN to a NEW EARTH, after the rapture, with Jesus Christ for an ETERNITY of SINGING and PRAISING the ONE who is WORTHY.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
