“God’s Gift of MERCY”

 

But when the Kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by His Grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of Eternal Life.      Titus 3:4

 

MERCY, is NOT receiving what we DESERVE.  As SINFUL MANKIND, we DESERVE the JUDGMENT of the RIGHTEOUS, HOLY GOD, the CREATOR of HEAVEN and EARTH.  The JUDGMENT comes on those who are REBELLIOUS, DISOBEDIENT, and have REJECTED God’s Gift of SALVATION, through His ONE and ONLY SON, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who SHED His BLOOD and DIED for SINFUL MANKIND.  And if they CONTINUE to REJECT JESUS CHRIST, they will face CONDEMNATION, which is SPENDING ALL of ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY to ESCAPE, after they are there.

 

But because of the LOVING KINDNESS of the ALMIGHTY GOD, He provided SALVATION for us, not because of the things we have done through any righteousness we might have, but because of HIS MERCY.  A part of God’s WONDERFUL GIFT of MERCY, is REGENERATION, or REBIRTH:  the WASHING AWAY of the filth of sin.  Another part of GOD’S GIFT of MERCY is the process of RENEWAL, which is to be given a NEW LIFE, and this is done by the WORK of GOD’s HOLY SPIRIT, who indwells EVERY TRUE BELIEVER.  And we also have another part of GOD’S GIFT of MERCY, and that is JUSTIFICATION, which means those who ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST as their SAVIOR and LORD, will be made JUST, or FREE from the GUILT and PENALTY or their sins.  And the RESULT of GOD’S GIFT of MERCY is the HOPE of an ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.   What God in His MERCY and GRACE began, from ETERNITY PAST, He will see through to ETERNITY FUTURE.   Have you received GOD’S GIFT of MERCY?  Your ETERNAL DESTINY depends on it.

 

If you have NOT GIVEN your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are destined to spend ALL of your ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE after you are there.  In order to ESCAPE HELL and GAIN HEAVEN as your ETERNAL DESTINY, you MUST be WILLING TO TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION and His MERCY, and receive REGENERATION, RENEWAL, JUSTIFICATION and ETERNAL LIFE in HEAVEN.   So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!
