“Don’t Count on Your Warhorse for Victory”

 

Don’t count on your warhorse to give you victory---for all its strength, it cannot SAVE you.    Psalm 33:17

 

Just what is YOUR WARHORSE?  What are you putting your FAITH and TRUST in to HELP you gain VICTORY in your life?  Is it MONEY, SUCCESS, JOBS, CAREERS, or INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE?  If any of these things are your WARHORSE, you cannot COUNT ON them for your VICTORY, and ESPECIALLY in your SPIRITUAL LIFE.  With ALL their POWER, STRENGTH and INFLUENCE, they CANNOT SAVE YOU from an ETERNAL DESTINY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE after you are there.  This life is TEMPORAL, and UNCERTAIN, ALL that you possess can be taken away from you, to include your own life.  And then should that be the case, you will face ETERNITY with a WORTHLESS WARHORSE whose STRENGTH CANNOT SAVE you from a DOOMED DESTINY.  Are you READY to FACE ETERNITY?

 

Our Psalmist tells us that:  The LORD watches over those who FEAR or RESPECT Him, those who RELY on His UNFAILING LOVE.  We can put our HOPE in Him, because He is our HELP and our SHIELD.  Our HEARTS can REJOICE, with ASSURANCE, for we TRUST in His Holy Name.  And our FAITH, HOPE and TRUST is solely in the LORD GOD ALONE.  He is the ONLY ONE who can SAVE us from an ETERNITY in HELL with ALL its HORRORS.  

 

He has prepared the WAY for us to receive SALVATION, through the SACRIFICE of His Only Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who SUFFERED, BLED, and DIED in OUR place, in order to bring REDEMPTION and a RIGHT RELATIONSHIP with God, to ALL of mankind.  And He is ALIVE, TODAY, in HEAVEN, making intercession for the TRUE BELIEVER, who has VICTORY over SPIRITUAL DEATH, and is ASSURED an ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS.  Don’t put your FAITH and TRUST in a WARHORSE, it WILL NOT bring you SALVATION.  You MUST come to the CROSS of CALVARY, and ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST as your SAVIOR and LORD. 

 

You can do that by:  ADMITTING that you are a SINNER, in NEED of a SAVIOR.  BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in HEAVEN, making intercession for you, before God.  CONFESS your sins to Him, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  Be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your sinful life-style, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  You MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and put your FAITH, HOPE, and TRUST in God’s UNFAILING LOVE, and NOT in your WARHORSE.  So, do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!  BE READY!!!
