“The Rejection of Godly Wisdom”

 

“When they cry for help, I will not answer.  Though they anxiously search for me, they will not find me.  For they hated knowledge and chose not to fear the LORD.  They rejected my advice and paid no attention when I corrected them.”   Proverbs 1:28-30

 

The REJECTION of GODLY WISDOM has many pitfalls connected to it.  To REJECT and IGNORE GODLY WISDOM, has very SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.  When a person REJECTS the WISDOM that the ALMIGHTY GOD offers them they put themselves in GRAVE SITUATIONS.  These verses of SCRIPTURE indicates that when the REJECTION of GODLY WISDOM happens, then that WISDOM will haunt that individual when TROUBLE comes.  

 

The GODLY WISDOM was OFFERED and REJECTED.  And the one who REJECTED the GODLY WISDOM, when TROUBLE comes, will ANXIOUSLY SEARCH for GODLY WISDOM to HELP them, but to NO AVAIL.  They will NOT be able to find it, because, they HATED the KNOWLEDGE, and REFUSED to FEAR or to have REVERENTIAL AWE of the ALMIGHTY GOD, and to give HEED to the WISDOM of God.  And they will suffer the CONSEQUENCES of their actions.  In other words, they will REAP what they SOW.  (Gal. 6:7) 

 

However, for those who have HEEDED the path of GODLY WISDOM, and has FOLLOWED it EVERY STEP of the way, those who have TRUSTED and OBEYED the WISDOM of GOD’S PLANS,  will find PROTECTION and PEACE.  Have you given your HEART and LIFE to God, and are you FOLLOWING HIS GODLY WISDOM? OR have you REJECTED HIM and HIS WISDOM?

 

 In order to have GODLY WISDOM, you MUST become a TRUE CHILD of the LIVING GOD. You MUST ADMIT that you are a SINNER, in NEED of the SAVIOR, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, God’s ONLY SON, who DIED for your SINS.  You MUST BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART, that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your sins to Him, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  And you MUST ACCEPT His Gift of SALVATION, and DO NOT REJECT His GODLY WISDOM, which is imparted to you by His HOLY SPIRIT.  So, if you have NOT done this, DO IT NOW, while you still can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!
