 “The HOPE Of ALL the World”

 

 

“And His Name will be the HOPE of ALL the world.”   Matthew 12:21

 

I don’t know about YOU, but I would hate to have to live in this world, without HOPE. The Holy Word of the LIVING GOD, tells us that we have HOPE, and all we MUST do to be able to RELY on this HOPE is to put our TRUST in GOD ALONE. 

 

So, you might ask; WHO or WHAT is this HOPE and HOW can we obtain it?  Well, let us look at WHO is our HOPE:  In verse eighteen, it tells us that our HOPE is God’s Servant, whom He has CHOSEN.  He is God’s BELOVED, who PLEASES Him.  And God will place His SPIRIT upon Him, and He will PROCLAIM JUSTICE to the nations.  He will NOT fight or shout or raise His voice in public.  Which means; He will NOT come ready to start a ruckus, or to put into effect His political agendas, or His military plans, nor with a GREAT FANFARE, but He comes with HUMILITY, GENTLENESS, and MEEKNESS—-PROCLAIMING JUSTICE to ALL the NATIONS.  

 

  He will NOT CRUSH the WEAKEST REED or PUT OUT the FLICKERING CANDLE, these represent the WEAK and those who are deemed USELESS by worldly standards.  But He came to RESTORE and REKINDLE them.  This speaks about His COMPASSION and UNFAILING LOVE for the LOWLIEST of those in NEED of HOPE, and SALVATION.  He came NOT as a CONQUERING HERO, but He came as a LOWLY SERVANT of the ALMIGHTY GOD, to show MERCY and GRACE by His OBEDIENCE to His HEAVENLY FATHER, He IS the ONLY SON of the LIVING GOD.  And He is the ONLY WAY to OBTAIN HOPE for an ETERNITY in HEAVEN, with ALL its BLESSINGS, and to be ABLE to ESCAPE an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE, once you are there.  He GAVE His LIFE to SAVE MANKIND from such a destiny, and so MANKIND could have that ETERNAL HOPE of HEAVEN as their ETERNAL HOME.  

 

In order to possess this HOPE, you MUST GIVE your HEART and LIFE TOTALLY to GOD, through His SALVATION PROCESS, which is this:  You MUST ADMIT that YOU are a SINNER, in NEED of the SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, God’s ONLY SON, who SUFFERED, BLED, DIED, and was RESURRECTED from DEATH and the GRAVE.  You MUST BELIEVE that JESUS died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your SINS to HIM, and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your SINFUL LIFE-STYLE, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  You MUST ACCEPT God’s Gift of SALVATION and let the BLESSED NAME of JESUS CHRIST be YOUR HOPE for an ETERNITY in HEAVEN.  Do this NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!  Don’t be LEFT BEHIND!!!
