Protected by the Almighty!

Those who go to God Most High for safety will be protected by the Almighty.  I will say to the Lord, "You are my place of safety and protection.  You are my God and I trust you."-----Psalm 91:1-2

There are some words and phrases of ASSURANCE in this passage of Scripture.  Assurances that we can take to heart because the Lord God Almighty PROMISES us that He will be our SHIELD OF PROTECTION  and our SHELTER when strong winds blow.  We can run to Him and find SAFETY and PROTECTION because He is our STRONG and MIGHTY TOWER.

 That in itself is reason enough to merit our TRUST.  But we can also, without reservation, put our FAITH and TRUST in Him because of WHO HE IS and WHAT HE HAS DONE.

He is our CREATOR GOD and He has SACRIFICED HIMSELF to REDEEM us and to PROVIDE for us an ETERNITY in HEAVEN with HIM. So since He has done all of that for us He DEFINITELY deserves our FAITH AND TRUST in Him.

If you cannot run to Him for safety and protection, because you are not one of His, you can change that situation by : CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him to FORGIVE you for your sins, BELIEVING that Jesus died for you and is ALIVE in HEAVEN making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT God's gift of SALVATION.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He's waiting!!
