Alive With Christ!

You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away.  Then God made you alive with Christ, for He forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.-----Colossians 2:13-14

The very first sentence describes us , "while we were yet sinners."  We were dead in our sins until God performed some spiritual surgery on us, when we came to Him, seeking RELEASE from the bondage of those sins.  And through that spiritual surgery,  He has made us ALIVE with Christ, by His FORGIVENESS of ALL our sins.

The last sentence in verse 14,  THRILLS my heart!  He has CANCELED the record of charges against us, and it was nailed to the cross with our precious Lord  Jesus, NEVER to be held against us again.

Have YOU been made ALIVE WITH CHRIST, through the FORGIVENESS of YOUR sins?  You can be ALIVE with Christ by doing these simple, but LIFE-CHANGING steps:  CONFESS your sins to God, ask for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVE with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, today, in HEAVEN making intercession for you, before God and then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He's waiting!!!
