Our Relationship with God

God's Spirit doesn't make us slaves who are afraid of Him. Instead we become His children and call Him our Father.
God's Spirit makes us sure that we are His children.
His Spirit lets us know that together with Christ we will be given what God has promised.  We will also share in the glory of Christ, because we have suffered with Him.-----Romans 8:15-17

Our relationship with the Holy God of Heaven, after we have ACCEPTED His gift of SALVATION, should NOT be one of trembling and fearfulness, but it should be a relationship infused with LOVE, TRUST, FAITH, and OBEDIENCE, because we have been adopted into His family and He is our Father and we are His children.

And the work of His SPIRIT is to give us assurance that we ARE His children, ESPECIALLY when that old slew foot devil tries to dissuade us otherwise.  God's Spirit lets us KNOW of our relationship with Christ, that we are JOINT-HEIRS with the KING of  KINGS and LORD of  LORDS to all the glories of Heaven because we, as children of God, have suffered with Christ, and we will be given what God has promised us.

If you don't have a relationship with Father God, but would like to, all you need to do is follow these steps:
CONFESS your sins to God and ask for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVE with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE today making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION. Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He's waiting!!!
