Tell the Good News!

You have taught me since I was a child, and I never stop telling about your marvelous deeds.  Don't leave me when I am old and my hair turns gray.  Let me tell future generations about your mighty power.  Your deeds of kindness are known in the heavens.  No one is like You.------Psalm 71:17-19

This Christmas season is one of the BEST times to share with children the AWESOME DEEDS of a LOVING, KINDHEARTED, MERCIFUL AND GRACIOUS HEAVENLY FATHER, who is POWERFUL enough to bring SALVATION to a WRETCHED, SINFUL, CORRUPT, WORLD.

And the FACT that He, Himself, came CLOAKED in HUMANITY, as a newborn BABY, to live a mere thirty-three years PREACHING, TEACHING, HEALING and SO MUCH MORE, to reach people with the SAVING GOSPEL:  That the MESSIAH has come to redeem FALLEN MANKIND.

The Psalmist asks God to not leave him when he is OLD and GRAY-HEADED so that he might be able to tell other generations about God's MIGHTY POWER.  Then he says:  "NO ONE is like YOU!"

We are to be GOOD, STRONG WITNESSES for our Heavenly Father, EVEN in our OLD AGE and GRAY-HEADEDNESS.  So that we might be a SHINGING BEACON to ALL the generations that follow us.

If you have NEVER given your HEART and LIFE to God, you cannot be a BEACON in the DARKNESS, of a CORRUPT, SINFUL, DOOMED WORLD, to the children or anybody else, because you too are living in DARKNESS, BUT, God has provided a WAY for you to live in the LIGHT, by coming to Him: And CONFESSING your sins to Him, and asking for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, in Heaven, making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION. Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He's waiting!!!
