“The Extreme Make-over!”

 

But our citizenship is in Heaven.  And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body.        Philippians 3:20-21

 

As TRUE BELIEVERS of the Lord Jesus Christ, and God’s TRUE CHILDREN, we are sojourners on this earth.  Our citizenship is really in Heaven, where we will go someday, and live for ALL ETERNITY. 

 

The Philippians, lived as colonists in Philippi, but they were really citizens of Rome.  The Apostle Paul was able to encourage them in their present situation, by using the fact that they were away from their homeland, and more than likely, some may have been homesick for their country. 

 

Since our citizenship is in Heaven, we as TRUE BELIEVERS, SHOULD be EAGERLY awaiting the return of our Blessed Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.  Who, at the Rapture of the Church, and by His AWESOME, EXTRAORDINARY POWER, which enables Him to bring EVERYTHING under His control, will then transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body.

 

At that point, EVERY TRUE CHILD of God will be made over to be like the SON of GOD.  We will have bodies that will have NO LIMITATIONS, and they will be PERFECT as His body is PERFECT.  No more, physical limitations, such as diseases or handicaps, NO MORE SIN!! We will have NEW and MUCH IMPROVED bodies, and our SANCTIFICATION will be complete.   

 

What an ABSOLUTELY GLORIOUS time awaits the TRUE BELIEVER.  We have SO MUCH to look forward to, and should be working like ants to be prepared for that EXTREME MAKE-OVER, by allowing the Holy Spirit of the Living God to work in and through us, to reach and teach others, about the AMAZING LOVE and GRACE that God has for the Crown of His Creation, MANKIND.

 

It’s hard to understand, why people reject Christ, and the gift of SALVATION that He has for ALL that will come to Him.  If you are one who has been REJECTING Christ and His gift of SALVATION, then you are DOOMED to an ETERNITY in Hell, the place of UNENDING, torture, torment, heartache, pain and despair.  But God is giving you another opportunity to ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and an ETERNAL HOME in HEAVEN.  You must come to Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING, your sins to Him, and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and experience the EXTREME MAKE-OVER from your physical body, with its limitations, to a GLORIFIED body with NO LIMITATIONS, NO DISEASES, and NO MORE SIN.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
