“Strength and Deliverance”

 “Strength and Deliverance”

 

Love the LORD, all you godly ones!  For the LORD protects those who are loyal to Him, but He harshly punishes the arrogant.  So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the LORD!  Psalm 31:23-24

 

This is one of David’s psalms, it is a psalm of EXHORTATION and PRAISE.  He is EXHORTING his fellow WORSHIPERS to LOVE GOD.  When a person TRULY LOVES the LORD GOD, ALMIGHTY, they are OBEDIENT to His WILL and WAYS, as stated in His HOLY WORD (Bible).   They are LOYAL or STEADFAST, in their RELATIONSHIP with Almighty God, Maker of HEAVEN and EARTH, and ALL that is in it.

They SHOULD put their HOPE in the LORD and His Only Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST. The ONLY ONE who could FREE people from their SINS and SHORTCOMINGS. He is the ONLY HOPE we have for an ETERNITY in HEAVEN with ALL its BLESSINGS. And to be ABLE to ESCAPE HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY to ESCAPE once you are there.  This is TRULY a MIRACLE of God’s GRACE for ALL of MANKIND, IF they will only ACCEPT IT!!!

 

Then, we are to be STRONG and COURAGEOUS. Being STRONG in the MIDST of TROUBLE is DIFFICULT. But it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE, if you will TRUST and OBEY GOD, your HEAVENLY FATHER, who LOVES US, SO MUCH, that He WILLINGLY SACRIFICED His SON to SAVE a WRETCH like ME and YOU.  So, we can be COURAGEOUS in ALL things.  NO MATTER how BIG or HARD, we have a POWERFUL, ALMIGHTY GOD who is FULL of MERCY and GRACE towards us, even while we are STILL SINNERS.  And because He is MERCIFUL and FULL of GRACE, we are ABLE to have STRENGTH and DELIVERANCE.  Do YOU?

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you DON’T have a RELATIONSHIP with Him. And your DESTINY will be an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS.  And NO WAY to ESCAPE once you are there.  If you will ADMIT that YOU are a SINNER in NEED of the SAVIOR, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, who GAVE His LIFE to SAVE your SOUL. That IS STRENGTH and DELIVERANCE.  You MUST BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART that JESUS DIED for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God.  You MUST CONFESS your SINS to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  You MUST be WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM your SINFUL LIFESTYLE, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.  You MUST ACCEPT GOD’S GIFT of SALVATION and have STRENGTH and DELIVERANCE from your SINS.  Do this NOW, while you STIL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!  Don’t Be LEFT BEHIND!!!
