Don’t you know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body.--------1Corinthians 6:19-20

 

 

As a Child of God, a believer, we are part of Christ’s body, and our bodies are the sanctuary, in which the Holy Spirit dwells.  When we use our bodies to commit sins, we grieve and bring shame to Christ Jesus and Father God as well as the Holy Spirit. 

 

The Holy Spirit is given to us by Father God as a Comforter, Counselor, and Guide, to help us live a RIGHTEOUS and HOLY life. But some believers quench the work of the Spirit that indwells them, and this makes them a weak spot in the body of Christ, and it can cause them to fall into temptation, which will lead to sinning against the Holy Trinity, since we are a Child of God, a part of the body of Christ, and the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit.

 

As Children of God, a part of the body of Christ, and the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit, we need to flee from temptation and allow the Holy Spirit to work in us, to help us overcome the temptations that we face every day.  And to strive to bring honor to the Holy Trinity and not shame.

 

When we come to Christ for our SALVATION, we were bought at a price, the precious, shed blood of Christ Jesus, and we are not our own, we belong to Him, because we are a part of His body.  And we need to do ALL we can to be a healthy, strong, vibrant part that will honor God and glorify Him.

 

If you have not come to Christ for the SALVATION of your soul, then you don’t have God’s gift of His Spirit in you, to comfort, counsel or guide you through this life.  And you do not belong to Him, nor are you a part of the body of Christ or the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit.  Now to some, that may not mean a whole lot.  But let me just say this, it means that you are DESTINED to spend ALL eternity in HELL, the place of torment, torture, pain, heartache, and despair, for ALL eternity, with NO way out.  However, you can change your destination by: CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for You and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and become a Child of God, a part of the body of Christ, and the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord.  Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until  the Lord comes who  will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men’s hearts; and then each man’s praise will come to him from God.--------1Corinthians 4:4-5

 

 

The Apostle Paul is giving instruction as to whom, is qualified to actually judge the HEART and INTENTIONS of mankind.  He states that he knows of NOTHING against himself, but just because he believes that he has done NOTHING wrong, doesn’t acquit him; because his examiner is the Lord, not even he, himself can qualify to examine his own HEART and INTENTIONS. 

 

So then we are not to PASS judgment, but should wait until the Lord comes back when mankind will be judged by Him, either for their sins, if they are unbelievers, or for their works if they are believers.

 

At this time, those things that are hidden in the darkness will be brought to light and He will disclose the motives of mankind’s HEART and then each one will receive their just reward (for the believer) or condemnation ( for the unbeliever). 

 

Everything will be brought into the open and all things will be judged for how they were carried out by the content of the HEART.  If the INTENTIONS of the HEART were pure and just they will receive the PRAISE of Almighty God.  However if they were less than pure and done by sinful INTENTIONS they will come under the condemnation of the Almighty. 

 

In other words, as a believer, why do you do the things you do?  If it’s for your own vain glory, there will be NO praise from the Lord.  As an unbeliever, you will receive NO praise for the things you do, because of your SIN NATURE, and you cannot do anything with PURE and JUST INTENTIONS.

Which category do you fall into:  The believer or the unbeliever?  If you have not given your HEART and LIFE to God, you are one who will NOT receive PRAISE but will receive CONDEMNATION from Almighty God.  You have the opportunity NOW to change your status by: CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and become a believer, who will stand before the throne of God and receive PRAISE and NOT CONDEMNATION, and be sentenced NOT GUILTY.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

The Spirit Himself testifies together with our spirit that we are God’s children, and if children, also heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ—seeing that we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.  For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.--------Romans 8:16-18

 

 

“Are you a child of God?”  I have so often heard many people reply to this question with:  “I HOPE I am,” or “I THINK I am.”  Beloved, if you are a TRUE child of God there is only ONE response to that question:  “Yes, I KNOW I am!” For the Holy Spirit of God confirms it with our spirit.   We don’t have to HOPE or THINK, because we have a confirmation from God, Himself, and we can and do KNOW for certain that we belong to Him.

 

The Apostle Paul tells us,  “and If children, also heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ—seeing that we suffer with Him so that we may be glorified with Him.” A TRUE child of God will inherit and share with Christ, all the riches of God’s kingdom.

 

Sharing with Christ involves more than sharing the riches of God’s kingdom, it involves sharing in His suffering. Because we belong to Him and the world hated Him, it will hate us, and we, as children of the Most High God, will share in the sufferings of His only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ.  Then after the suffering we will share in His GLORY.

 

So to be able to be a co-heir in Christ’s glory, in the future, the Child of God must be willing to share in His sufferings in this life.  But keep in mind that “we are MORE than conquerors through Him who loved us.” (v 37)

 

Paul also gives us an incentive for the present sufferings, in saying, “…that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.”  We ABSOLUTELY have NOTHING to compare the riches and glory that awaits the TRUE child of the Living God with, other than to say that all the sufferings of this present life is minuscule compared to what awaits the TRUE Child of God.

Now, my questions are:  Are you a TRUE Child of the Living God?  Are you willing to share in all the riches and glory of God’s Kingdom, with Christ Jesus, by sharing in His sufferings?  If your answer is NO than you are destined to spend ALL eternity in Hell.  Sharing the sufferings in this life is temporary, but suffering in Hell is PERMANENT, with NO escape.  You can become a TRUE Child of the Living God by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and become a co-heir with Christ to all the riches of God’s Kingdom.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

When the Helper comes, He will prove to the people of the world the truth about sin, about being right with God, and about Judgment.  He will prove to them that sin is not believing in Me.  He will prove to them that being right with God comes from My going to the Father and not being seen anymore.  And the Helper will prove to them that judgment happened when the ruler of this world was judged.--------John 16:8-11

The Apostle John, tells us of the convicting work of the Holy Spirit, also known as the Helper.  These verses are the words of Christ Jesus.   He begins telling us of the work of the Spirit of Truth, He says that the Helper, “will prove to the people of the world the TRUTH about sin, about, being right with God, and about judgment.  

Let us look at some of the work of the Spirit of Revelation, the Helper will prove to the people of the world that sin is not believing in Christ Jesus.  The Helper REVEALS to the people their sins and the greatest sin is the failure to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.  The work of the Holy Spirit is to convince and convict the people of their need for Christ.

The work of the Spirit of Knowledge is to help the people to see that being right with God comes from Christ going to the Father and not being seen anymore.  The RESURRECTION and the ASCENSION vindicates Jesus as God’s RIGHTEOUS servant and because of this we are made RIGHT with God, when we ACCEPT His gift of Salvation. 

 

The work of the Spirit of Judgment took place at the DEATH and RESURRECTION of Jesus this was the condemnation of Satan.  Jesus defeated Satan and DEATH when He died on the cross. This brought about the DEFEAT of the one who once held the power of death.  And Satan’s “execution” is coming. 

Those who are in rebellion against God should be aware of Satan’s defeat and they too have an “execution” coming unless they turn from their unbelief and ungodly life-style to Christ and seek His forgiveness by:  CONFESSING their sins before God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL their Heart that Jesus died for THEM and is in Heaven, making intercession for them, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and the HELP of the HOLY SPIRIT.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

…If I do what my Father does, even though you don’t believe in me believe what I do.  Then you will know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.”--------John 10:38

 

 

Just who is this Jesus? This was and still is a major question that is in the minds and hearts of a lot of people, so I have a list of names and titles given to Jesus and maybe those who are questioning who He is, will have a better understanding. 

Jesus is:  Alpha and Omega---Rev. 1:8

                Beloved Son---Matt. 12:18

                Creator---John 1:3

               Deliverer---Rom. 11:26

               Everlasting Father---Isa. 9:6

               Faithful Witness---Rev. 1:5

              God---Isa 40:3

             Holy one---Acts 3:14

             Image of God---2Corin.4:4

            Jehovah---Isa. 26:4

           King of Kings---1Tim. 6:15

           Lord of Glory---1Corin. 2:8

           Mighty God ---Isa. 9:6

He is ALL of these and SO MUCH MORE.

 

The Jews were having a hard time believing that He was who He claimed to be, but they could NOT deny the miracles that He performed and Jesus told them; “If I do what My Father does, even though you don’t believe in Me, believe what I do.  THEN you will KNOW and UNDERSTAND that the Father is in Me and I am in the Father.” 

 

And the GREATEST of ALL MIRACLES is the SALVATION of mankind’s soul.  ONLY God can bring that about and He is NOT only the AUTHOR but the FINISHER of our FAITH.  The plan of SALVATION was and STILL is His plan.  There is NO other way that mankind can be saved, except through the shed blood of our SAVIOR and REDEEMER, Jesus, who just happens to be GOD the FATHER, in the flesh.

 

If you have not given your HEART to God, you are LOST and without a SAVIOR, the ONLY one who can REDEEM your wretched soul from an eternity in Hell, the place of misery, heartache, torment and torture for all of eternity, with NO escape.  You are DOOMED!  But you have the opportunity NOW to come to this Man, Jesus who died for YOU and is waiting to FORGIVE you. Come to Him NOW by:  CONFESSING your sins to Him and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and be able to KNOW and UNDERSTAND just who He is and why He LOVES YOU.  Do it NOW while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

If you, Lord, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?  But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.--------Psalm 130:3-4

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.--------Romans 3:23-24

 

 

Have you ever thought about where mankind would be if God kept a record of ALL our sins, individually?  I am SO thankful that He had a plan, before the creation of the world, for the REDEMPTION of mankind’s soul.  Otherwise we would ALL be under condemnation, and facing ETERNAL damnation.  But God in His INFINITE, UNFAILING LOVE for the CROWN of His creation, opted to have MERCY through His GRACE and FORGIVE ANYBODY who comes to Him for the SALVATION of their souls.

 

If God had NOT had a plan, and did keep records of ALL our sins, there would be absolutely NO one who could stand before Him and be given an inheritance of Heaven for ALL eternity, on their OWN merits. 

 

The Apostle Paul says:  “For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”  When we are born we are born with a sinful nature.  We are born with a nature to sin.  EVERY child,   begins practicing sin from a very early age, because of the sinful nature.  So God, being a JUST God, has a plan for EVERYONE to be JUSTIFIED by His grace, and that justification comes through the shedding of the LIFE-BLOOD of His ONLY BEGOTTEN Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.  And so the REDEMPTION PLAN was put into place for the SALVATION of MANKIND.

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God.  You have NOT been REDEEMED and JUSTIFIED and you will NOT receive an INHERITANCE of eternity in Heaven, but you will receive CONDEMNATION and an eternity in Hell.  You can CHANGE your status from CONDEMNATION to REDEMPTION by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and receive His FORGIVENESS for ALL your sins.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can. He’s waiting!!!

You made my whole being; you formed me in my mother’s body.  I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way.  What you have done is wonderful.  I know this very well.  You saw my bones being formed as I took shape in my mother’s body.  When I was put together there, you saw my body as it was formed.  All the days planned for me were written in your book before I was one day old.--------Psalm 139:13-16

 

 

It amazes me how some people try to PLAY God.  This past week we heard of the ‘BARBARIC’, INSANE practices of an organization, for the HARVESTING of UNBORN BABY parts. As I listened to the report, I became ENRAGED at how EVIL, DEPRAVED and WICKED LOST MANKIND has become.  To actually crush, and pulverize the bones of an UNBORN BABY so they can HARVEST the body parts because of their LOVE of MONEY.  To them NO LIFE MATTERS!  Just the almighty dollar. 

 

The Psalmist here is telling us that God made his WHOLE being, that God formed him in his mother’s body.  The MIRACLE of CONCEPTION is the WORK of GOD, when a man and woman come together and are intimate with each other without any form of protection, there is usually the risk of CONCEPTION taking place.  It is not a CLUMP of CELLS but the MIRACLE of CONCEPTION, from the very first stage to the completion it is a LIFE and it MATTERS.  Regardless of the race, IT MATTERS! 

 

The Psalmist goes on to say that God saw his bones being formed as he took shape in his mother’s body.  When he was put together there God saw his body as it was formed. To me this is AMAZING that the Creator of the Universe, would actually watch EACH human body, at the time of CONCEPTION, be formed.  EVERY LIFE MATTERS!!!

 

The Psalmist says that; ALL the days of his life, from CONCEPTION to his DEATH were planned and written in God’s book before he was one day old.  God in His infinite wisdom, has plans for EVERY PERSON who has been born or will be born, from their CONCEPTION to their DEATH.  EVERY LIFE MATTERS!!!

 

It is up to US to determine if our LIFE MATTERS, by the decisions we make.  If you have not given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you have ALTERED God’s plans for you.  And you are gambling with your DESTINY.  He wants your LIFE to MATTER, because of the GOD-GIVEN MIRACLE OF CONCEPTION, He has formed your very being and has planned EVERY DAY of your existence.  The question is, will you TRUST HIM or are you willing to GAMBLE with your destiny?

 

You can make your LIFE MATTER by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and make your LIFE MATTER.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

The revelation of Your words brings light and gives understanding to the inexperienced.--------Psalm 119: 130

 

 

The TRUE Child of God should have a desire to KNOW the Word of God, and SEEK its teachings. In other words, they should SEEK the REVELATION of His Word, in order to live according to it.

 

The REVELATION of God’s Word brings LIGHT into our once darkened minds and hearts, which were once controlled by our SINFUL nature.  But when we have given our HEART and Life to Christ Jesus, and begin having God’s Word illumined or revealed to us, through the teaching and preaching of His Word, we are brought from the darkness into the light.  This is why the TRUE Child of God should be in a BIBLE BELIEVING church, one that teaches and preaches the UNDILUTED Word of the Living God.

 

Then the TRUE Child of God is given UNDERSTANDING of the Word of God, because of the REVELATION and LIGHT of God’s Holy Word.  All of this is brought about by the work of God’s Holy Spirit, but it is up to the Child of God to be OBEDIENT and SUBMISSIVE to the Spirit of the Living God, which indwells them. 

 

When the TRUE Child of God opens their HEART to the REVELATION of God’s Word, they began to grow and mature in the Word and will be PLEASING to God, and will strive with a willing spirit to obey His commands and follow the LIGHT to UNDERSTANDING His Word, more and more.

 

If you are a Child of God, but have not been OBEDIENT and SUBMISSIVE to the Holy Spirit, you are STILL in the dark concerning His Word.  You NEED to be SUBMISSIVE to His Spirit and allow the Spirit to bring REVELATION of His Word and to give LIGHT and UNDERSTANDING to your Heart.  If you don’t have a Church home, you need to find a BIBLE BELIEVING, BIBLE PREACHING and TEACHING Church, and go FAITHFULLY so you can gain UNDERSTANDING in God’s Word.

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are living in darkness and being controlled by your SINFUL nature, without any TRUE UNDERSTANDING of God’s Word.  You are in a very dangerous situation, because you are living a lie.  One that Satan wants you to believe so he can keep you in the DARK about the TRUTH.  You NOW have the opportunity to come out of the DARKNESS and into the LIGHT of TRUTH by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL of your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and come to the REVELATION of God’s Word and into the LIGHT of UNDERSTANDING His Word.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting.

Many people live like enemies of the cross of Christ.  I have often told you about them, and it makes me cry to tell you about them now.  In the end, they will be destroyed.  They do whatever their bodies want, they are proud of their shameful acts, and they think only about earthly things.  But our homeland is in heaven, and we are waiting for our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, to come from heaven.  By His power to rule all things, He will change our simple bodies and make them like His own glorious body.--------Philippians 3:18-21

 

 

These are words of encouragement for the believers, taken from the Apostle Paul’s letter to the believers in Philippi.  While they give ENCOURAGEMENT to the BELIEVER, they also should be a WARNING to the UNBELIEVER.

 

Let’s look at the FATE of the UNBELIEVER, Paul tells the BELIEVERS that MANY people are living like ENEMIES of the cross of Christ, because of their SINFUL life-style and their rejection of SALVATION, which was provided to them through the death of Christ on the cross.  They do whatever their bodies want and they have NO shame for the ungodly acts that they perform.  Their minds are ONLY on earthly things.  In the end they will be DESTROYED.

 

But the BELIEVER is a citizen of Heaven, their homeland, and we, who are BELIEVERS, are ANXIOUSLY awaiting the ARRIVAL of our Lord Jesus Christ, to come from Heaven and to take us home.  The day and time we do NOT know, but we know that it is COMING SOON! And when it happens MANY will be LEFT BEHIND to suffer through the TRIBULATION period, a time of misery all over the ENTIRE world.  The only way then to become a believer is at the HIGH RISK of being beheaded.

 

Through the POWER of Jesus Christ, the believers SIMPLE, LOWLY, HUMBLE bodies will be transformed into bodies like unto that of Christ’s own GLORIOUS BODY.  Something that EVERY believer is looking forward too.  NO more, bad hair days, nor wrinkles, no bags under the eyes, no blemishes or moles, no weight problems, or physical infirmities or anything, just a PERFECT GLORIFED BODY!!  HALLELUJAH!!!   What a time that will be, but the VERY BEST PART of it ALL will be when we see the ONE WHO DIED for US ALL.

Now, which category do you fall into:  BELIEVER or UNBELIEVER, if you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are an UNBELIEVER, but you have the opportunity NOW to change your category from UNBELIEVER to BELIEVER by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and become a BELIEVER, awaiting the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, and receiving the NEW and IMPROVED GLORIFIED body.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s WAITING and COMING SOON!!!

“And now, I tell you, stay away from these men and leave them alone.  For if this plan or this work is of men, it will be overthrown; but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them.  You may even be found fighting against God.”  So they were persuaded by him. 

Every day in the temple complex, and in various homes, they continued teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.--------Acts 5:38-39,42

 

 

Peter and the other apostles were brought before the Sanhedrin and the high priest, because they were teaching the Good News to the people and doing it in Jesus’ name.  And Peter told them, “We must obey God rather than men…”  And he continued, accusing them of murdering Jesus by hanging Him on a cross.  And that God had exalted Jesus to His right hand as ruler and Savior, to bring repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.”  

 

When they heard this they were enraged and wanted to kill them. But A Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law who was respected by all the people, stood up and gave the Sanhedrin some very WISE advice, he told them to STAY AWAY from these men and LEAVE them alone, and if their plan or work is of a HUMAN nature, it would be OVERTHROWN; but IF it was of GOD, NOBODY would be able to OVERTHROW them. And then a VERY DANGEROUS WARNING:  “You may even be found fighting against God.”  Then the very next sentence tells us the response of the Sanhedrin, ‘they were PERSUADED by him.” 

 

They called in the apostles and had them beaten, then ordered them NOT to speak in the name of Jesus and released them.  I think the response of the apostles was done in OBEDIENCE to God: Every day they continued to teach and preach in the temple complex, and in various homes, proclaiming the GOOD NEWS that Jesus is the Messiah.

 

As Christians, today we are told that we need to be tolerant of other beliefs and in some instances we are even told what we can and can’t say or do to PROCLAIM the GOOD NEWS that Jesus is the Messiah.  We are not allowed to have prayer and scripture read in the schools, some schools don’t want the name of JESUS spoken or they don’t want anyone proclaiming that He is, to them the MOST IMPORTANT man in HISTORY, the students can’t wear anything of a Christian nature, but anything crude or of a worldly nature is ok. 

I believe that a lot of people should WAKE-UP and take the advice of Gamaliel, and HEED his warning about being ‘found fighting against God.’  Something you don’t want to do.  Because you will DEFINITELY lose that battle.  

 

But I really like the response of the apostles, they were beaten and warned not to preach or teach about Jesus, but they KNEW that that was exactly what God wanted them to do and they were GOING to OBEY God.  So EVERY DAY they taught and proclaimed that Jesus is the Messiah.  They didn’t back down and give up, but was OBEDIENT to the ALMIGHTY GOD.

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are ‘fighting against God’ and it is a battle that you cannot win.  So SURRENDER to Him by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and STOP! Fighting against Him.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

Jesus said to His followers, “Where is your faith?”  The followers were afraid and amazed and said to each other, “Who is this that commands even the wind and the water, and they obey Him?”--------Luke 8:25

 

 

Jesus and His disciples were in a boat crossing over to the other side of the lake, the Sea of Galilee, to a less in-habited area when a sudden, very strong wind blew up on the lake, while Jesus was asleep, causing the boat to fill with water, and to the disciples they were in danger. 

 

So they went and woke Jesus up saying to Him, “Master! Master! We’re going to die!”  So Jesus got up and gave a command to the wind and waves and immediately they stopped and it became calm.  Then Jesus said to His disciples, “WHERE IS YOUR FAITH?”  The followers were afraid and amazed and said to each other, “Who is this that commands even the wind and the water, and they obey Him?”

 

Sometimes the circumstances in our life seems like the winds and waves that come up QUICKLY and FEROCISOULY on the Sea of Galilee.  And our life is like the little boat being slapped around by the wind and waves of adversity and we began to take on water and are beginning to sink, with the feeling of death approaching. 

 

Jesus was in the boat with the disciples and had told them that they would be crossing over to the other side of the lake, but FEAR gripped their hearts and their FAITH was faltering.  They weren’t THINKING clearly, otherwise they would have had FAITH in knowing that the MASTER of the SEA was riding with them. 

 

We, like the disciples, let FEAR take control of our situations instead of having FAITH that the ALMIGHTY GOD is in CONTROL and we can put our FAITH and TRUST in Him.  He tells us that when we are WEAK, He is STRONG.  As a Child of God we need to have a STRONG FAITH in Him, but sometimes He says to us, “My child, WHERE IS YOUR FAITH?” 

 

We are living in PERILOUS times and we NEED a STRONG, ABIDING FAITH, our FAITH grows stronger when we put our TRUST in the ONLY one who can change things.  

 

If you have not given your HEART and LIFE to God, then, “WHERE IS YOUR FAITH?”  You don’t need to drown in your circumstances and sinful situations.  You can come to the MASTER of YOUR SEA and be SAVED from certain death and destruction of your soul, by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you then, ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and put your FAITH and TRUST in Him.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

Innocent, and Not Guilty!

 

 

Don’t let me do wrong on purpose, Lord, or let sin have control over my life.  Then I will be innocent, and not guilty of some terrible fault.--------Psalm 19:13

 

 

Oh, how this SHOULD be the prayer of EVERY believer.  It SHOULD be in our HEART to not purposefully do wrong and to not allow sin to rule our lives. 

 

If a person professes belief in the Lord Jesus Christ and claims to belong to God, then they SHOULD walk or live in that way.  Their WORDS and ACTIONS should show who they belong to.

 

In today’s world, it is not EASY to live a Christian life.  It is a constant battle.  We have so many things influencing our lives and trying to invade our thinking concerning what the Bible teaches to be OUTRIGHT, BALATANT SIN. Even our own government is trying to get the Child of the True Living God to be tolerant of those BALATANT SINS. 

 

We are bombarded with every ‘wind of doctrine’ and false teaching, that is used by Satan, to try and pull us away from the TRUTH.  And to drive us away from God and His statutes. 

 

The Psalmist has a TRUE BELIEVER’S heart, in that his ultimate desire, is to NOT let sin CONTROL his life, and is wanting God to be in CONTROL of his THOUGHTS, WORDS and ACTIONS.  So that when he stands before the Lord he will be INNOCENT and NOT GUILTY of ANY terrible fault or sin. 

 

If ALL who have TRULY given their HEART to Christ would seek God’s face and ask that His PRECIOUS, HOLY SPIRIT be in COMPLETE  CONTROL of EVERY PART of their MIND, HEART and SOUL, DAILY, they would find themselves to be INNOCENT and NOT GUILTY of ANY TERRIBLE, BALATANT FAULT.  Then what PEACE would fill their HEART to KNOW that they will stand before God’s throne INNOCENT and NOT GUILTY.

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you are facing a GUILTY verdict, but you have the opportunity NOW to change your verdict from GUILTY to INNOCENT by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU, and is ALIVE in Heaven acting as your lawyer to bring an INNOCENT verdict on your behalf.  Then ACCEPT God’s gift of SALVATION, and be set FREE from the GUILT of ANY TERRIBLE, BALANTANT SIN.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

The Living Dead

I tell you for certain the time will come, and it is already here, when all of the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God.  And those who listen to it will live!

Don’t be surprised!  The time will come when all of the dead will hear the voice of the Son of Man, and they will come out of their graves.  Everyone who has done good things will rise to life, but everyone who has done evil things will rise and be condemned.--------John 5:25,28-29

John is speaking of the RESURRECTION of the dead, when Jesus comes to RAPTURE the saints, those who are ALIVE and have given their HEART and LIFE to Him, will be caught up TOGETHER with those who are DEAD and in their grave and have given their HEART and LIFE to Him.  The DEAD in Christ will be called up first, then those who are ALIVE will follow. 

However, those who have NOT given their HEART and LIFE to Christ Jesus and are ALIVE will be left behind to STRUGGLE and FIGHT to be able to live during the tribulation time that is, if they survive the ‘outcome’ of the RAPTURE, those who are DEAD and had NOT given their HEART and LIFE to Jesus, will remain in their grave. 

Now of course, it is the bodies that will be RESURRECTED or REMAIN, the souls of the REDEEMED will come with Jesus, from Heaven, and be reunited with their bodies.   The souls of the ones that had REJECTED God’s gift of SALVATION, will remain in Hell, the place of TORMENT, and their bodies will remain in the grave.  The RESURRECTION to LIFE will occur in stages, the FIRST RESURRECTION, the RAPTURE of the Church, and the RAPTURE of the Tribulation Saints, which will take place at the Second Coming of Christ.

The next stage will be the resurrection of those who REJECTED Christ and will be CONDEMNED, this will occur at the end of the Millennium, which will take place after the Tribulation period, when Christ will set up His thousand year reign and at the end of His reign the CONDEMNED will be RESURRECTED, JUDGED and SENTENCED to an ETERNITY in the lake of fire (Rev. 20:11-15).

Which group of people will you be in, the group that will go to Heaven during the RAPTURE, or will you take a chance of going after the Tribulation period, where you have the STRONG chance of losing your head for being a Christian. Or will you spend a LONG period of time in Hell, and then end up spending an ETERNITY in the lake of fire, because of your REJECTION of God’s gift of SALVATION. 

There is only ONE way for you to go to Heaven and that is by: CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and be RESURRECTED to LIFE at the RAPTURE.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!

Jesus answered, “You are from below, but I am from above.  You belong to this world, but I don’t.  This is why I said you will die with your sins unforgiven.  If you don’t have faith in me for who I am, you will die, and your sins will not be forgiven.”-------- John 8:23-24

 

 

Jesus was teaching in the temple, and He told those who were listening, to include the Pharisees, who He was, but they were not understanding what He was saying to them.  So He told them that He would be going away, and they would not be able to find Him, because where He was going they could not go.  So they asked, “Does He intend to kill Himself?  Is that what He means by saying we cannot go where He is going?”

 

Then Jesus answers them, “You are from below, but I am from above.  You belong to this world, but I don’t.”  Again He was telling them who He was by saying that He was from ABOVE, from Heaven, sent by Father God.  Strange that the people were at the temple to worship, yet they did not recognize the One they were worshiping, to be the very same one sitting in their midst.

 

That seems to be the problem in a lot of churches today, people come for a number of reasons, other than the reason they should be there for, but I dare say, that if Jesus came in bodily form disguised as an ordinary man and spoke to them, the way He did in the temple, it’s doubtful that any would ACCEPT His claims or words.  Just like those in the temple.

 

Jesus goes on to say that, “This is why I said you will die with your sins unforgiven.”  You cannot enter Heaven without BELIEVING that Jesus is the Son of God, the Messiah, sent by God for the REDEMPTION of mankind’s soul.  Therefore you will die in your sins and will spend an ETERNITY separated from God and all that is good. 

 

You must come to Him, Confessing your sins to Him, asking for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that He is the SON of the LIVING GOD, and that He died for YOU, that He was sent from God above for the SALVATION of mankind.  You must ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, acknowledging that He is NOW in Heaven, making intercession for those who BELIEVE.  Having FAITH in Christ Jesus is the KEY to FORGIVENESS of our sins.  So come to Him with: CONFESSION and FORGIVENSS of your sins, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that He died for YOU, and then ACCEPT His sacrifice for YOU.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!
