Be careful that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit based on human tradition, based on the elemental forces of the world, and not based on Christ.         Colossians 2:8

 

 

This being an election year, we are bombarded with political speeches from both political parties.  There is so much political rhetoric going on that it baffles the mind.  Many are searching for an EASY way of life, and are willing to say, THINK or do ANYTHING to be able to have a life that is ruled by others, and is a “give me” mentality.  An environment that is government controlled and politically correct with NO regard to the mandates and statutes that are set in the Word of God. 

 

Our RELIGIOUS liberties are being taken away little by little, and it seems to me that it is escalating more and more, from being able to say, “Merry Christmas,” to having a cross on a steeple of a church, mainly because it MIGHT offend someone.  What about it offending the Christians?  We are someone. 

 

Well, there are many people who are shallow in their belief system and who listen to the political gibberish, and are persuaded to follow a dangerous philosophy and empty deceit, lies, which are based on HUMAN tradition and elemental FORCES of the world.  These are TEMPORARY and if left alone, they will pollute the mind and heart, and will lead one to an eternity of torture, torment, agony and pain, in a place called Hell. 

 

It is of extreme importance that a Child of God be FIRMLY ROOTED and BUILT UP in Jesus Christ, and FIRMLY ESTABLISHED in the FAITH, NOT swayed by political correctness, but by being COMPLETELY INFLUENCED by God’s Holy Word.    

 

If you have NOT given your HEART and LIFE to God, then you maybe following the wrong group of people and their ungodly mindset.  You can get on the RIGHT track, by coming to God with a TRULY REPENTANT HEART, CONFESSING your sins to Him and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and start THINKING and BELIEVING what God wants, because in the end that is what will matter.  Do it NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
