Don’t be Afraid!

 

 

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand.--------Isaiah 41:10

 

 

What a promise from Father God to His Children.  God is LOVE and He is PERFECT in EVERY way. The Bible tells us that PERFECT LOVE casts out FEAR.  (1John 4:18) 

 

When we become a part of God’s AMAZING Family by our conversion, we are perfected in His LOVE and since we are perfected in His LOVE and PERFECT LOVE casts out fear, we have NO reason to FEAR.  He promises that He is with us and we have NO reason to be afraid because He is our God.

 

We live in a very dangerous, evil world full of dangerous, evil people and sometimes fear grips our hearts because of the unknown times that lie ahead of us.  We even fear what our government might do, yes, the very same government that is supposed to protect our rights and freedoms, the government that is supposed to work FOR us and not against us.  Yet the Word of the Almighty God says that we should NOT be afraid, for He is with us in EVERY situation.

 

Father God tells His Children that He will STRENGTHEN and HELP us overcome our FEARS and will be with us through ALL of our dangerous and uncertain times.  We can depend on His STRENGTH and HELP to get us through.  So we need NOT be AFRAID.  But we NEED to TRUST Him.

 

Father God promises that He will ‘hold on to us with His righteous right hand.’ What a WONDERFUL promise this is, because WHO or WHAT is stronger than God’s RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND?  To have such an AWESOME assurance should dispel ANY fears we might have about the dangerous and uncertain times we face in our lives.  We need to TRUST and BELIEVE in HIS STRENGTH and HELP, for He is ABLE to do ALL that He promises to do. 

 

If you have not given your HEART and LIFE to God, and are living in FEAR of the uncertain times, you are facing.  I am here to tell you that you can be relieved from that FEAR by: CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, in Heaven making intercession for you before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and be set FREE from the FEARS that beset you and TRUST and BELIEVE that HE is ABLE to HELP you.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!
