Every Created Thing Give Praise to the Lord!

 

 

Let every created thing give praise to the Lord, for He issued His command, and they came into being.  He set them in place forever and ever.  His decree will never be revoked.--------Psalm 148:5-6

 

 

Many live as if there is NO Creator or Divine Designer of this ENTIRE universe and EVERYTHING that is existing in it.  However I am here to say that there IS a Creator and Divine Designer of ALL things that has come into being.

 

The Psalmist says “Let EVERY created thing give praise to the Lord, for He issued His command, and they came into being.”  In other words He, the Creator, spoke them into existence.  Now, who else has the POWER and ABILITY to SPEAK into existence such a GRAND DESIGN, except for the DIVINE DESIGNER, God, Himself?

 

EVERY part of creation, from the creatures of the oceans to the wind and rain, from the trees to the rocks and from ALL the animals to the Crown of God’s Creation, mankind SHOULD give praise to their Creator because He is WORTHY of their PRAISE. 

 

It’s hard for People to believe that inanimate objects such as “rocks” could offer praise to their Creator. But during the Triumphant Entry as Jesus was drawing near—already on the way down the Mount of Olives—the whole multitude of His disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!  Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!  And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”  He answered, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.”  (Luke 19:37-40).  After all the Creator SHOULD know what He’s talking about when it comes to His own. Creation.

 

The whole point of these Scriptures is that we have an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME God, who IS the Creator of this universe and EVERYTHING in it.  And He ALONE deserves PRAISE and WORSHIP from the very creation that He SPOKE into existence.  Are you PRAISING and WORSHIPING the One who gave you YOUR existence and is to this very second SUSTAINING your livelihood?  Or do you tend to ignore Him and give more credence to your own abilities to sustain your existence.  If it weren’t for His LOVE, MERCY, GRACE, and HIS sustaining POWER for YOU, you wouldn’t be here.

 

Our Creator wants to have a LOVING relationship with His creation.  And because of His RIGHTEOUSNESS and our UNRIGHTEOUSNESS that is IMPOSSIBLE.  Except that He has provided a way for the Crown of His Creation, mankind, to have that LOVING relationship with Him, through the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE of His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ for the redemption of mankind’s soul.  When Jesus died on the cross for the sins of mankind and was resurrected from the grave it provided a way for us to come to our Creator and be saved from our sins.

 

If you have not given your Heart and Life to God, and are depending on your own sustaining power for this life, you, my friend, are in DEEP trouble.  You have the opportunity, right now, to have a loving relationship with YOUR Creator by; CONFESSING your sins to Him and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION and PRAISE AND WORSHIP Him for His LOVE, MERCY and GRACE!  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!
