Are You Ready?

 

 

God wants everyone to be saved and to know the whole truth, which is,

 There is only one God, and Christ Jesus is the only one who can bring us to God.  Jesus was truly human, and He gave Himself to rescue all of us. 

God showed us this at the right time.---------1Timothy 2:4-6

 

 

Jesus is coming SOON!!  Are you ready?  For a Child of God this is GOOD NEWS!  It’s an event that ALL of God’s Children are looking forward to with bated breath.  There is ONLY one way that you can prepare for this CLIMATIC EVENT.  And Paul’s letter to Timothy tells us that way.

 

First of all, the Apostle Paul tells us that, “God wants EVERYONE to be saved and to know the whole truth,”  and John 3:16 tells us basically the same thing:  “For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.”  This has been the plan of God for mankind from the very beginning.  

 

Now Satan would like nothing better than for the human race to believe that there are many diverse ways to receive eternal life in Heaven.  He would like nothing better than to convince a person that they can talk, buy, work or go in on someone else’s coat-tails, any way other than the ONLY way that God has planned.  He has and is still deceiving people today into thinking that if you just live a “good” life you are guaranteed an eternity in Heaven.  He is the great deceiver and is out to take as many people away from God and lead them down the same path that he, himself is on, the path to an eternity in Hell.

 

The Scripture tells us that, “there is only one God, and Christ Jesus is the only one who can bring us to God.”  And He did this by being the SUPREME SACRIFICE and becoming a man, He GAVE His life so WE could have eternal life in Heaven.  There is no other way, than coming to the cross and being cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, the ONLY WAY to God.

 

If you have NEVER come to the cross and been cleansed by the precious shed blood of Jesus.  You can do it NOW, by:  CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and that He is the ONLY WAY to have access to God and eternal life in Heaven, and that Jesus is ALIVE, in Heaven making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, so you too will be ready to go when Jesus returns for God’s Children.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!
