Real Eternal Security

 

 

“From eternity to eternity I am God.  No one can snatch anyone out of My hand.  No one can undo what I have done.”--------Isaiah 43:13

 

No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.--------Romans 8:39

 

In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of His glory.--------Ephesians 1:13-14

 

I know that Isaiah was speaking to Israel when he penned those words, but I believe that it is applicable to God’s Children, those whom have been adopted into His family and have the privilege to call Him, Abba, Father.  I believe that the words of the Apostle Paul, in Romans 8:35-39, to the Roman believers, confirms the passage in Isaiah, which were the words that Holy God spoke to His prophet.

 

The assurance to those who have TRULY given their HEARTS and LIVES to Christ, should put to rest the question of eternal security, once we have been adopted into God’s family.  When we have TRULY accepted God’s gift of salvation and believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, we then are ‘sealed’ with the promised Holy Spirit, who is our guarantee of our inheritance, our eternal destination------Heaven, to live for ALL eternity with God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit and ALL the rest of God’s Family! 

 

NO POWER, to include Satan can snatch us from God’s ALMIGHTY HANDS we are safe in His STRONG arms and NO ONE can undo what He has done to SECURE His Children, there is NO WAY they can change the price that was paid on Calvary for the REDEMPTION of mankind’s soul.  

 

What a promise to His Children, to whom His love was demonstrated, by the crucifixion and resurrection of His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, our Lord Jesus Christ.  Who is MORE than worthy of ALL our HONOR and PRAISE.

 

If you have NEVER TRULY given your HEART and LIFE to Jesus, then you have NOT been adopted into God’s Family and you don’t have the guarantee of Heaven.  But you are on your way to that place of torment, torture, pain, agony, and misery for ALL eternity.  You have the opportunity NOW to change your destination by: CONFESSING your sins to God and asking Him for His FORGIVENESS, BELIEVING, with ALL your HEART, that Jesus died for YOU and is ALIVE, in Heaven, making intercession for you, before God, then ACCEPT His gift of Salvation and have your redemption sealed with the HOLY SPIRIT.  Do it NOW, while you STILL can.  He’s waiting!!!
