“Breaking the Law”

 

Whoever sins is guilty of breaking God’s Law, because sin is a breaking of the Law.   You know that Christ appeared in order to take away sins, and that there is no sin in Him.  So everyone who lives in union with Christ does not continue to sin; but whoever continues to sin has never seen Him or known Him.        1 John 3:4-6

 

“BREAKING the LAW” is not what anyone should do.  We have man-made LAWS that we should uphold and LIVE BY, in order to have SECURITY, and to be able to LIVE together as CIVIL HUMAN BEINGS.  Most if not ALL man-made laws are built on God’s Laws.  And those were given in order for man to LIVE together in PEACE and HARMONY. 

 

However, SIN came upon the earth, and mankind was born with a SINFUL NATURE, which brought about the BREAKING of the LAWS.  And has made life a ‘LIVING HELL” for those who have become victims of this LAWLESS BEHAVIOR.  And it is only becoming MORE and MORE VICIOUS, WICKED and DEPRAVED.  Many countries are SUFFERING because of those in POWER, who have brought WICKEDNESS and DEPRAVITY into the lives of their citizens.   So they might PROSPER, while their citizen SUFFER.  This is what SIN does for mankind:  It takes you where you don’t want to go and causes you to do what you may NOT want to do.  You become a SLAVE to SIN. 

 

But John, gives us some insight on the BREAKING of God’s LAW.  FALLEN mankind is GUILTY of BREAKING GOD’S LAW, because they LIVE in SIN, HABITUALLY.   However, the ALMIGHTY GOD, has provided FORGIVENESS through Christ Jesus, by sending Him to earth in order to TAKE AWAY the SINS, in HIM there is NO SIN.  So when you come to Him for the FORGIVENESS of your sins, you MUST COME to Him with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART. And be one who is TRULY SORRY for their sins and is WILLING to TURN AWAY FROM their sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD.  They MUST BELIEVE and ACCEPT the fact that JESUS died for their SINS and that HE is NOW ALIVE in HEAVEN, making intercession for them, before GOD. 

 

Those who have done this MUST LIVE in UNION with the SINLESS CHRIST, in whom there is NO SIN.  If you have done this you MUST NOT CONTINUE to SIN.  But you MUST STRIVE NOT to LIVE in SIN, with the HELP of the HOLY SPIRIT, who indwells you.  It is IMPOSSIBLE to LIVE a SINLESS life, but you must HATE SIN and LOVE JESUS to the point of TURNING AWAY FROM the SIN and no longer be a SLAVE TO IT. 

If you have NOT done these things, you are GUILTY of BREAKING the LAW, God’s LAW, which has ETERNAL RESULTS:  You are headed for an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS and NO WAY of ESCAPE.  You MUST TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle and TURN TO God with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART.   You MUST BELIEVE that JESUS died for YOU, with ALL your HEART, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you, before GOD.  CONFESS your sins to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS.  Then ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, and be FREE from the GUILT of BREAKING the LAW of God, and receive HEAVEN as your ETERNAL HOME.  Do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
