“Can’t Have One without the Other”

 

No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.   1 John 2:23

“Believe Me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me;” (Jesus speaking to Philip, one of His disciples)       John 14:11

 

For a person to have the mindset that, one can be a BELIEVER in God, and have ETERNAL LIFE in Heaven, WITHOUT having a RELATIONSHIP with Jesus, God’s ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, is just FOOLING themselves, and the TRUTH is NOT in them.

 

Jesus Christ is the ONLY WAY to be able to have a RELATIONSHIP with God.  Jesus told Thomas:  “I am the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE.  NO ONE comes to the Father (GOD), except through Me.  (John 14:6)  God the Father and Jesus His Son are a “Packaged Deal.”  And you CAN’T HAVE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER.  You cannot be SAVED and RECEIVE HEAVEN as your ETERNAL HOME, UNLESS you come to Jesus for the FORGIVENESS of your sins. 

 

Because you are a SINFUL WRETCH, and in NEED of the CLEANSING POWER of the BLOOD of Jesus Christ, you are a STENCH in the nostrils of the RIGHTEOUS, HOLY GOD and He will NOT respond to you until you’re SINS have been WASHED AWAY by the blood of Jesus.  The ONLY ONE, who can PROVIDE ACCESS to God, and to give you FORGIVENESS and an ETERNITY in HEAVEN.

 

Without Jesus, you have NO HOPE for a RELATIONSHIP with God, nor for Heaven as your ETERNAL HOME.  But you are headed for an ETERNITY in HELL, with ALL its HORRORS, and NO WAY of ESCAPE.  If you will TURN AWAY FROM your sinful lifestyle, and TURN TO GOD, with a TRUE REPENTANT HEART, and BELIEVE, with ALL your HEART that Jesus died for YOU, and that He is ALIVE in Heaven, making intercession for you before God.  Then CONFESS your sins to Him and ask Him for His FORGIVENESS, and ACCEPT His gift of SALVATION, He will FORGIVE YOU and MAKE you a part of His FAMILY, and will give you an ETERNAL HOME in HEAVEN.   So do this NOW, while you still can.  He’s waiting and coming SOON!!!
